Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Höga Kusten Lillgård, Skoved

Lillgård is located between Docksta (4 km) and Ullånger (8 km). Walking and cycling paths to the two villages are available. 2 min walk to bus stop and 5 min to summer restaurant Located right in the middle of the high coast at the foot of Fäberget, from where you can see Ulvön, Mjältön, Skuleberget and many other peaks in the area. A place to rest after a day in the national park or hiking in the beautiful Höga Kusten. Cottage of about 40 square meters with sleeping loft and fully-equipped kitchen. Bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as access to sauna a few steps outside the door. Peaceful views of Sundsberget from the kitchen and patio. If necessary, bed linens and towels are available for rent: SEK 200/person. Cleaning: SEK 500/stay. Area: 5 km to Entré Syd (National Park), 7 km to Skuleberget and surroundings of sea, mountains and beautiful nature trails.

Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Quiet and secluded location. Close to swimming and hiking trails. A small community with grocery store COOP, playground, ice cream shop, hardware store, hotel, pizzeria, is 2.5 km from the property. 12 km to Skuleskogens national park. 7 km to a scenic swimming area with barbecue area and jetties, Almsjöbadet.

Sea front house in the heart of the High Coast

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.
