Very clean and cozy, the shower and hot water was great, bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Parking serves a bit of a challenge, but not to hard to find a street spot. Felt pretty safe in the area and would definitely stay again!

Overall great place to stay. Although tough to find parking on weekends; recommend not driving to location and using public if possible… if you are driving plan for parking as early as possible to avoid possible issues.

It looked exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood felt safe and the airport was close by. It was easy for uber or Lyft to pick you up and is relatively close to the city.

From the first step inside, we instantly fell in love. The place has a peaceful homey feeling to step away from the busy city life. Everything inside was super clean and well put together. Leah was also super responsive and ready to help with anything. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again if we are in the area!

Erik's listing is just like the pictures; very clean, and in a very calm neighborhood, with just a few minutes walk to Newark Penn Station. the restaurants in the area are very hospitable and offer extremely flavorful dishes. Erik was very detailed and timely in his communication.

The apartment was conveniently located near the Prudential center, making it an easy return after the concert. There’s a banh mi store right next door that sells delicious Vietnamese hoagies. It could be a bit loud outside on the streets, but chill and quiet inside the building. I personally appreciated the individual light switches in the unit that could be turned off or on depending on how bright I wanted it to be. Overall, a memorable stay.

My wife and I stayed here for about 2 weeks and it was a great stay for us. The apartment was spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Pradeep was super responsive and gracious by offering an early check-in and late check-out at no charge. The location was great - yes about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Path Train Station that takes you to NY City or Hoboken. Will definitely recommend this apartment. Lourdes was an incredibly warm and welcoming host. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at home with her kindness and attentiveness. The location was super convenient! it's a beautiful, walkable neighborhood with lots of great restaurants close by. The place was clean and it had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. Initially we were a bit worried about the inflexible check-in time, but the cleaning lady was extremely helpful and allowed us to leave our suitcases earlier, so everything turned out fine. I'd rent this place again if I visit Montclair in the future.

This was my second time staying in the NYC area. The first time, I stayed right in NYC, which carried the price tag and noise level you would expect. This time, I was looking for something quieter that would still give me easy access to NYC, and I found that here. At about 1.5 mi from Newark Penn Station, it's not realistically walkable, but it's a quick drive or reasonable Uber to/from the station. There are PATH trains and NJ Rail trains that go between Newark and NYC regularly. On days I didn't go into NYC, I relaxed and worked from the AirBnb, and I found this place very relaxing. The couch in particular was super comfy; definitely great for sleeping, even for a tall person. There's also a rollaway, so you could sleep 4 if 2 are sharing a bed. Everyone in the building was very nice. There was occasional noise inside and outside of the building, and a few things I'll suggest to improve at the apartment, but overall, this was a great experience and I'll consider staying again.

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

Jonathan’s place was just as described. Beautiful apartment and super comfy bed and pull out couch. Jonathan was very responsive to any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend this home!

Me and my family very much enjoyed staying the nights we did. The house was very homey & it was such a quiet area. The backyard was beyond lovely I wanted to grill my last day there but the weather was so off. Other than that I’d book over and over again. 10/10 in my book.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.
