This is the Villa Ira in Zia, It has a remarkable view of the Sea, and a Lovely Garden with a beautiful Pool It can host up to 7 People, 3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms, It's great for Families or Multiple Couples staying the Nights together. It's a 5 minute walk to Zia, and the distance to kos town is 22 min by Car (14.5 km). You are welcome to experience our beautiful little paradise! Aegean Studios 3

Aegean Studios are located in the beautiful village of Kefalos, at Kamari. They run by a local family. Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.
