Don’t hesitate to book! This was such an ideal space to stay on the north shore. We loved so many things about this condo for our family of 6. Everything was in pristine condition and Alayna was so responsive and kind. We loved the door pad access instead of needing a key. The rinsing station by the front door was so helpful as well after coming in from the beach and towels to dry your feet. The view of the ocean is even better than the pictures make it look. We ate every meal on the lanei. The washer and dryer were such a plus! It is also a 60 second walk to an incredible look out with Adirondack chairs. The kitchen supplies were updated and coordinated and not a hodge podge mess like some rentals. The beds and linens were so comfortable and there were so many extra provisions we didn’t expect or realize were there. The AC worked fine and we only used it at night. We very much wanted another night or two on top of our 3 nights. Wishing we had split our trip to spend more time here!

Our family had a great stay at Anneliese’s place. She was response and helpful with any question or issue we had. There is no A/C but the breeze from the doors and windows open was perfect and there was plenty of fans. The beach was very close, walkable or easy 2 minute drive down the street. Location was great, our kids loved the club pool! I highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay in Lisa's home in Koloa! The house was very clean, comfortable, and felt like home for us during our stay. We loved sitting on the outdoor balcony watching the sunrise or just hanging out, reading and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms and bathrooms had great space, and it was a 15 minute walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. The massive couch was great for our family of 5, and we enjoyed playing games at the dining table. The location was also convenient to activities we had scheduled during our stay. We highly recommend this house and the Koloa area!

North island in princeville is beautiful, it’s away from cities so more expensive amenities and not that many choices but we felt it was more of an authentic island experience. Great beaches. A few Good restaurants nearby. (Happy talk and the pizza place next door) Home is wonderful. Better than expected. Host and home owners were great.

This property was perfect for our family of 7 adults. The views from the living area were beautiful - mountains in one direction and a distant view of the ocean in another direction. The pool and pool area were very nice. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, cookware, and utensils. The bedrooms were comfortable. We really appreciated all of the beach chairs, blankets, umbrellas, etc that were available for our use as well.

Mariah, the co-host, kept in great communication with us. We misunderstood about the timed check-in and she was very understanding about it. She helped to make our stay very positive, and was very kind about a toddler mishap. The area is very convenient and our children loved being so close to the beaches (many within 5-10 minutes) and food near Poipu and Koloa town (very good to have short drives with two little ones). We also enjoyed the generous hours for the hot tub and pool. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again; a couple of our visiting friends met us for a quiet dinner at the property and they said that they would book this spot, too! We loved our stay. The location was perfect. The place was comfortable and clean. They provided everything we needed for all the beach hopping we did, which was a major perk! After long fun filled days we'd come back and crash. The beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning and ocean breeze kept everything the perfect temperature. Alex was always super responsive and available for anything we had questions about. I would 100% recommend staying here!

For starters: LOCATION! The walk to the beach is like less than 3 minutes. Host provides some toys for you to play at the beach. LAUNDRY: washes and dries quite nice. FOOD:lots of close restaurants that are located in the hotels but the menus are delish. Would 10/10 recommend. Did I forget to mention private POOL??! Thank you James for letting us stay at your wonderful Airbnb!

The backyard views were beautiful! No horses visited but so many birds to watch and listen to. Super peaceful and it was obvious that this is a special place! We enjoyed watching the geckos on the outside of the glass shower come to catch moths each night haha. Love the proximity to beaches like Tunnels, Anini and more. If you want to get into Haena State park make reservations ahead of time. Wish we would have done that. Also note there isn’t great cell service. Overall we loved our stay!!

Gorgeous property! So peaceful and comfortable! Spectacular ocean view! Friendly neighbors. Everything you need this place has!Beach chairs, a boogie board, beach towels, a cooler, high quality bathroom essentials, cooking essentials, extra blankets/pillows. Comfortable seating indoors/outdoors. It’s truly a beauty inside and out. My 8 year old said “this was her dream home”. Sea turtles gathered right across the property every morning! Poipu beach, Shipwrecked beach and the beach right by the Sheraton are only a 10-15 minute walk or 3-5 minute drive. Beautiful shopping center with a variety of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. It rained every morning around 7 am while I sip on lemon tea. We enjoy the jacuzzi in the evenings.We did a thrilling ATV tour, an amazing kayaking-hiking tour on the Waimea River to the Secret Falls and a Luau. We also explored the North (1 hour drive), East (30 minutes) and a little bit of the West (30 minutes). So grateful for such a wonderful experience!

The place surpassed all our expectations. The views from the balcony of the mountains, lush trees, flowers and waterfalls are so beautiful. We definitely want to go back. You will not be disappointed!!

We loved our stay at Christofer’s place! The location is incredible! Poipu beach is just a few steps from the house, and we really enjoyed seeing the turtles sleeping on the beach. The house is warm, confortable and fully equipped. The beds and linens were excellent, and we loved the balcony views! Christofer was responsive and extremely helpful. We are looking forward to staying at this place again soon!

Great place - would come back in a heartbeat!

Overall we had a wonderful stay at Rico and Cinzia's place. Everything was clean and you are right up against rocks with water crashing against them. You can see turtles swimming and even spinner dolphin's one day. It is within walking distance to Poipu beach where you can rent snorkels, boogie boards and surf boards. Also, within walking or driving distance to The Grand Hyatt that has wonderful restaurants or Shipwreck Beach that is a great beach and has an easy explorative walk/hike. If I had one critique it would be for stocking the house a bit more with simple things like pens, games, parchment paper or storage bags.

This house was perfect. The porch was nestled up against the forest and we had horses visit us each day. It was a very short walk to a quiet beach and a short drive to Hanalei Bay for groceries. Honestly didn’t feel like we needed to go anywhere else on the island because this place was so relaxing.

Secluded spot within a five minute walk to an absolutely beautiful beach spot (Anini) with amazing sunsets. We traveled with a toddler on this trip, so Anini beach was perfect for us with ample shade and gentle waters. The outdoor garden bathing areas are private and beautiful and really immerse you in the true Kauai experience. I loved this property!! ❤️

This was a great place and a short walk to the beach. Also great how close it was to the airport after a long flight to the island. Wonderful Airbnb hosts as well as they were always super responsive and proactive. Loved being about midway between the North and Southside of the island. Couple places we loved near by, favorite shaved ice was Hee Fat and Malasadas at Paradise bakery. Like this rental, very reasonable prices and offer fantastic products!

Awesome place to stay! House was very clean and modern with a lot of thoughtful details. Location is perfect for exploring all that kauai has to offer, given proximity to wailua river, the easy drive to northern beaches, but also to southern areas for Allerton, etc. Peter was very responsive and suggested some great hikes that weren’t on our radar. But we also just enjoyed being in the house for down time after all our activities, with windows open and that ocean breeze blowing through. We didn’t want to leave.

You can’t beat the location. Easy walk to Hanalei Bay beach for surf. Short drive to the state park or to Anini beach for calm snorkeling. Walk to the Hanalei bread company for breakfast and coffee. It’s beautiful. The house was clean and well appointed. Lack of air conditioning was not a problem for us with windows and sliding doors open. The second bedroom entrance is outside down the elevated deck. This was fine for us, but might be a problem if traveling with small children.

Fabulous location, steps from Hideaways, short stroll to Queens Bath and 1 Hanalei. We walked everywhere, saw tons of turtles, kitchen is well appointed, exceeded our hopes, thank you!

My family of 6 stayed 5 nights at this beautiful property. The house sits secluded in its own grove of fruit trees, surrounded by a canal. It is also just a short few-min walk to Moloa’a Bay, which is never too crowded. The spacious house has everything you need to cook meals, or enjoy some downtime on the wrap-around porch. It also comes equipped with all of the necessities you would need for enjoying the beach- kayaks, surf boards, snorkels, towels, fishing rods, and more!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. I wish I could hire the owners to decorate my own house because everything was just stunning. My daughter said, “this is my dream beach house!” We appreciated how well stocked everything was. We felt right at home. All the beach gear was perfect for our family of 5. We also appreciated that the check out “to do” list was short and sweet. We loved the açaí bowl place that was within walking distance and we loved how close the condo was to Hanalei town. My only suggestion is if you’re traveling during the summer months, stop by and turn on the AC units in the rooms before going to explore the town. We didn’t and regretted that because it took a little while to cool down the house. But after a couple of hours, the condo was very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book this spot- it’s great!

The Hibiscus Cottage was an excellent location and price for our honeymoon! We enjoyed being close to the beach and hearing the waves at night soothing us to sleep. The house itself had kitchen amenities and bathroom amenities beyond expectations. We were able to make a fabulous smoothie in the morning and travel the island or stay at the beach and hang out with the waves. A fabulous place!
