There’s a sea view from the bay window in the living room, and a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden.

The flat is located about 10 minutes walk away from Brighton’s famous Palace Pier, and only 1 minute from the sea front…. There are shops, cafes, galleries, pubs etc right on the doorstep, with the centre of Brighton being only 10-15 minutes walk away!

The sea and Lido are at one end of our historic terrace, with cafés, bars and restaurants of Kemptown Village at the other. No 14's private studio room has cooking facilities, walled patio, and separate shower room. On the lower floor there's a washing machine and a dryer - and we welcome small dogs! Communal entrance. Royal Pavilion is a 15 min scenic stroll. Brighton Station about 15 mins by bus and 7 mins by cab. No events, not suitable for infants or children, sorry.
