The flat has an accessible balcony; is full of original features: high ceilings with decorative plasterwork, fireplace & the original wooden shutters; as well as GCH, open plan, well equipped, kitchen, smart TV, newly fitted walk-in shower (no bath) & a cosy double bedroom.

Escape to the seaside, and come and stay at our lovely, spacious 2 bedroom victorian house. The bright & sunny, centrally located house is just moments from the seafront and the pier in Kemptown. The Lanes and all major attractions are just a short walk away. High ceilings, a modern kitchen and huge bathroom with big, free-standing bath & separate rainforest shower. There are two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one double. Plus there is a small double sofa-bed in the living room.

My place is located on the first floor of the property it has stairs leading up to the front door. When inside there are stairs to reach flat. It is close to restaurants and bars, there is also a wide selection of shops including 3 supermarkets, Laundry. You’ll love my place because of the comfy small double bed, which has "Emma" memory foam mattress. Bedding and towels are provided. Parking is a challenge, however, please contact me regarding vouchers, pay on arrival

This was a truly perfect stay. The house is even better in real life. Bright, tastefully decorated, comfortable, with everything you could need. The bath is huge! And all a stones throw from the beach. Fiona was really a great host and made our stay not only easy, but sprinkled some wonderful finishing touches to make our girls weekend extra special. Highly recommend.

Favorite Airbnb stay to this day!! Barbara is such a warm soul to be around and is so nice to talk to. The Airbnb is clean and way bigger than it looks. It was a short walk to the bus stop that took us right into the main area of Brighton. The area near the Airbnb is also really cute and there’s a lot of cool shops. The beds are extremely comfortable and there’s host is so accommodating and sweet! We will be coming back. I already miss the two cats 💕

Excellent stay. Very pleased with clear, chronologically ordered instructions. spotless room and accommodation. The interior design of the hallway was particularly lovely–someone clearly put a lot of thought and effort in the decor. Was very homely. Room was clean, shower was fine and all basic amenities sorted! But cherry on the cake was location, fantastic spot Kemptown, right outside seafront and 5 minute walk to town centre. Would book with them again!
