We had a brilliant time at Steve's place. I'd read the other reviews first and personally didn't find any problems with noise at night and I'm a really light sleeper so that was a bonus! In terms of the flat, it was bigger than I'd expected which was a nice surprise and the outside area was perfect - a great sun trap and better than it looked in the photos so that was the biggest bonus of all!! I've lived in Kemptown before and know the area really well but for anyone who's never been, I really recommend it, it's got a great vibe, lovely cafes and interesting shops and really close to the sea with the outdoor pool and amazing saunas. I came for work (great wifi btw) but it ended up feeling like a holiday! Thank you very much for a lovely stay!

We stayed couple of nights at Clare's place,it was really nice,I loved her plants,it makes any place a home. Very quiet neighbourhood as well,only 30 minutes walk from town centre,if you are young it's only 25. I would highly recommend her place,clear instructions on everything as well.

Lee is a wonderful host, incredibly helpful and responsive. The apartment is lovely, really clean and very well stocked, parking was easy to find - highly recommend!!

We had a lovely weekend stay in The Flint apartment, it was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and even better than the pictures. The apartment was in a great location to Brighton centre with everything within walking distance, we would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return in the future.

Amazing, wonderful and fantastic! We had a wonderful stay at Gizelle's place. We loved the relaxed bohemian style of her place wich was wonderfully located a short walk from central brighton. We went for Brighton Fringe and this appartment was a beautiful gem. When we next go back to Brighton, Chez Gizelle's will be out go to place! Thank you for having us Gizelle!

The perfect kind of place I wish I had for myself. Perfectly placed near to the beach amd amenities. The host was so lovely and made sure our stay was just perfect. Clean, tidy and just a really nice place overall.

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Sarah's apartment was perfect, the location was great, flat was spotless and it was exactly as described. Lovely kind gesture of a bottle of prosecco when we checked in. Would absolutely recommend for a stay in Hove. We broke a plate and Sarah was super understanding. Thank you Sarah.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

Natalie's apartment was amazing. very clean and in a great spot! the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was very fully stocked. the bathrooms and toilets were spotless and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. would be more than happy to stay again.

We had a great stay! Very nice, high quality apartment. Extremely clean and tidy. Richard provided lovely food for breakfast and accommodated our dietary requirements. The only thing is the beds were both a little squeaky and wobbly. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

I have been at the flat with a friend to celebrate our 20 year anniversary of Brighton. What shall I say - the vibe of 2005 was still there, also due to the fabulous flat. Everything was as we expected it. Not to far away from the Centre of Brighton but qiet enough to sleep well. Clean, enough space for two to sleep separately. I recommend the admiral pub around the corner for the first or the last beer of the day. Thank you for your host. Highly recommendend!

Absolutely lovely place for a weekend getaway in Brighton! Lisa was very welcoming and even made a little welcome pack with recommendations and guides. Would love to stay again!

Even though there was scaffolding surrounding the entire building for external painting work (out of the hosts control ) the flat was exactly as described and great value for money. It was spotlessly clean, great local recommendations brochure and we had a good nights sleep. The only slight downside was the communal area, which smelt of damp and looked very tired.. again out of the hosts control. The local area was great, very Brighton, a cool and vibrant neighbourhood . I felt very safe leaving my car parked up the top of the road (£7 for 4hrs which I timed to roll overnight ) and moved it to neighbouring streets over our 48 stay. The beach was literally at the end of the street and the Brighton Lanes were only a 17 min walk away along the seafront. My partner and I would recommend Charlottes place to everyone and we will definitely book again

This was the second time we have stayed at Simons wonderful flat and hopefully it won't be the last. A beautiful flat in a fantastic, peaceful location with an ocean view and a balcony. Everything you could want, highly recommended.

My husband and I really enjoyed this space. The views of the shore and water were stunning and peaceful. There were plenty of places to walk to in the surrounding area including a lovely park. Our host was very welcoming and responsive. He gave us the helpful tip of pre-booking a taxi from the airport which we did both ways. That saved us a lot of stress. We had everything we needed in the condo. I even cooked dinner one evening just to see if I could cook in a British kitchen! It was a success. We would happily stay in this space again and highly recommend it.

Excellent location right on the front near the i360. Easy access to the prom and the beach (though a bit too windy and wet whilst we were there). Flat was well appointed, with plenty of room for four adults. Spotlessly clean on arrival, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of tech (TV, soundbar, streaming services, etc.). Excellent views out to sea from the lounge area and balcony. Bedrooms were quiet, comfortable and relaxing, with comfy beds. Bathrooms were as expected, with both an ensuite and a main bathroom. The lift was very welcome, though there were also stairs for those who wanted to exert themselves. Less than ten minute's walk to the Odeon, the cosmopolitan cuisine of Preston Road and the main shopping areas, only twenty minutes to the Lanes, the station and the Pavilion. The host and their agents were attentive and responsive with any issues we had. Overall, as described, and definitely worth a second visit!
