Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kenitra

Jamal and Assia were great hosts and made me feel at home. Assia helped to organise a very special experience and we all enjoyed our shared meals. The Riad is a family home and makes for a unique and I thought, an amazing visit. The local market area is a real taste of Morocco and everything you could need to visit is in walking distance.

Our family spent 10 days at Mouna’s property and our stay was nothing short of exceptional. First, Mouna is an amazing host who made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. She is responsive, helpful, and made sure that the house was spotless and ready for us. The house itself is a gem. It is by far the nicest lot in the the development. The house is perfect and has everything one needs, with an exceptional backyard. The manicured garden is gorgeous, oversees the 6th hole of Bouznika Golf Club, and the private pool is huge. The kids spent 75% of our time outside, and had a blast. The beach is 5 minutes walk and offers amenities such as lounge chairs and umbrella rentals, etc. Mouna connected us with a housekeeper, Khadija, who was phenomenal throughout. You will need to have a car, but Rabat and Casablanca are 30 mins away. You can enjoy all the benefits of the city, while taking advantage of the quiet of this beach property. We will be back without any doubt!

I had a very nice stay in the Riad of Karima's family. They are all very welcoming. The Riad is clean, the bed comfortable and breakfast an wifi good. The locarion is nice in the medina with little stores and restaurants near by. It is actually nicer than it looks on thw pictures. There is also a nice terrace. It was more like staying with friends than in a hotel. I totally recommend it.

Franck is an awesome host and very responsive. The property is in a great location, only steps from the beach. The room and the terrace very comfortable and well-equipped. This is a perfect place for a group or family as there are many sleeping and living spaces throughout that makes for both social and private spaces. Looking forward to my next visit!

Great location! Booking was confirmed within seconds and communication with the host was excellent throughout. They stayed updated on my arrival time and gave helpful local tips. The room was exactly like the photos – clean, tidy, and in a perfect spot. The secure parking was a big bonus, and there was always someone around looking after the building. I felt safe and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

Hind's place is the best house I have visited on airbnb. It is very spacious has everything you need, it is sparkling clean, and located in the best neighborhood in Rabat, and it is better than the pictures. And the cherry on top, Hind is very friendly and helpful and very easy to talk you. I would 100% recommend this place to anybody visiting Rabat.

Sara is very welcoming. She explains everything clearly and welcomes you so well as if visiting her. She is very easily accessible and is willing to go the extra mile.

It was the 3rd time we rented the apartment, and we will return, that's for sure. It is extremely pleasant, very well located, equipped with everything you need and very clean. Fatima is a very welcoming, very receptive and attentive person. So see you soon, Fatima!

This place is not just a place to stay, Malika and her family became my own family. They made me feel at home, showing me the city, surprising me every day with small details that cheered my existence and my time in Rabat. They are genuinely friendly, I will never forget this experience. About the place, it is a 30-minute walk from the Medina, it has the tram 5 minutes away and is 20 minutes from the train station. Thank you for everything, to every one of those who live in that house. For me, totally recommended.

Good communication in spite of language barrier beforehand- quick and helpful. Helped in navigation to house and of city. Stayed in a guest house run by the hotel and received cleaning services and decent cold breakfast every morning. On site help was good and responsive. House did get cold but has space heaters, parts were dirty and run down. Upstairs bathroom didn't open from inside. Great value overall, great way to stay in the old city

Unforgettable stay with top notch staff and amazing decor. This was the first time I stayed in a Ryad and it exceeded our expectations. Keep in mind that this is inside a busy Medina, you might get lost so don’t hesitate to contact the host, they will send someone to get you on an easy spot. They received us with an amazing tea and great pastries. The room was very artistic as every corner in this place. I couldn’t stop taking pictures! Of course, the pool… what a dream! We booked a massage, breakfast was included, they serve it on the rooftop and the views are breathtaking. They carried our bags to the car (bunch of blocks away) and even took us to a restaurant late at night when we didn’t know what was open, waited for us to eat and took us back (it’s all a maze in the Medina so this was super appreciated). We left a tip at the end because they really deserved it. My only regret is that I stayed only one night.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The accommodation is located in the part sale where you are directly in the market. In the accommodation you can relax very well and get nothing of the hustle and bustle outside:) We would particularly like to thank Gabriel. He was always there for questions, concerns, etc. He took very good care to make us feel comfortable! Super nice, friendly, helpful Feel free to come back!
