What a beautiful spot, even more stunning in real life. Very cozy and it makes you feel right at home. The entire building is beautiful and it was delightful waking up to the surrounding golden trees in the morning. The wine Jason left, presumably from his wine shop, was delicious. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the studio in Freeport. It was perfect for our needs, as we needed a place to stop for one night. It was incredibly clean, bright, with alot of natural light during the day. The bed was very comfortable! It was a short walk to the outlets, LL Bean, and nice restaurants and coffee shops. We would stay here again when visiting Freeport!

A beautiful location on an old farm property in one of the prettiest parts of Maine. Carol and Richard were extremely responsive and are clearly committed to ensuring that their guests feel welcome. Locations like this are Air B&B at its best—interesting and generous hosts sharing their own corner of the world.

Jeremy’s place was a perfect central location to many great spots. The carriage house really was sunny and exactly what we were hoping it would be. The washer and dryer came in handy and the bed was super comfy. Jeremy and Sally were such gracious hosts, even when we had to leave early due to me getting covid. We only wished we could have spent some time wandering around their woods and enjoying the float in the river. We will definitely be back since there was so much more we wanted to do in the area!

Windbrook was an extremely beautiful, comforting, inviting, relaxing place. It was close enough to Portland and other places to be convenient, yet far enough to really provide a calm, peaceful environment surrounded by nature. John and his wife Julie were great, they thought of everything. The cabin itself had a lot of character, and in particular the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept very well. We definitely would like to return, as I'm sure other seasons of the year are just as beautiful at that location.

Vicki's place is so peaceful, and the access to the kayaks on the pond (a lake where I come from!) is worth the price by itself. We used Vicki's basement as a headquarters for exploring most of the state, and honestly loved the region right around this home most of all. It is absolutely gorgeous, and Farmington is not too far away with some really nice restaurants and hiking. The apartment itself is like a cute little Hobbit house meets mountain cabin. The kitchen was well appointed, and there was a cabinet of board games we enjoyed using. If you are a tall person, be advised there are a couple head-knocking beams that I somehow never learned to avoid, but I think most people will be unaffected. That certainly doesn't keep me from giving a high recommendation!

Nina’s place is exactly as pictured and described. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and the bathrooms are spotless. Nina and her husband live next-door but are very unobtrusive and welcoming. I spent five nights in their Airbnb and was extremely comfortable and happy.

Charles is welcoming, friendly, and kind. A pleasure to do business with.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was close to Caswell farms which we were at for a wedding. Alison was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed! Would absolutely stay here again.

We felt at home the moment we stepped inside Carrie's thoughtfully, artfully accommodating studio. Absolutely loved the creative touches and decor. During our 6 night stay the Murphy bed was super comfortable and lowering it in the evening and raising in the morning was easy. Thomaston was central to all our traveling goals, from the Olson House in Cushing, to Camden. to Owls Head, to the Farnsworth Museum, to the Wooden Boat campus and more. Highly recommend the Thomaston walking tour from the house to the waterfront. Carrie's gardens and the outdoor deck added a peaceful winding down in the evenings. Our experience was great. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We had a very relaxing stay at Carl & Rose's place. It was a very cozy space on a rainy fall weekend. Lots of fleece blankets, pillows and tea made us feel warm and welcome. The oversized reclining couch and 4-poster bed were super comfy. The height of the bed was a bit intimidating at first but quite luxurious once you sink into the soft supportive mattress. Great home base for exploring the beautiful scenery of Maine and nearby NH, especially with the leaves in full color.

Betsy was a lovely host, was very gracious and explained about the current construction next door and the train nearby. The view was beautiful, even in the rain. Was very peaceful. Thank you Betsy!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is great - beautiful, cheerfully decorated, charming woodwork, plenty of entertainment and games for kids and adults. If renting the entire house, there is ample space for 2-3 families with kids. The listing pictures are accurate. We had a slight issue upon check-in, but Steve was quick to respond and went above and beyond to address the issue. That is the mark of a caring and responsible host. We were very happy with the house, and we look forward to returning next year.

Lovely cottage feel during my stay with the well appointed features, homely atmosphere and welcome treats! Great communications and help from the owners next door. Useful to have a few books in the evening and relax quietly. Really enjoyed my short break.

Elaine was Supe wonderful, very accommodating.. Anytime I reached she was quick to respond.. The private suit was So nice and the view was perfect!!! Next job in the area I will stay with Elaine.. Anyone needing a place near Rumford ME this is the place to stay..

This is our second time at Vienna’s place and we enjoyed it as much as our first. We had plenty of room for 4 adults, an infant , and a dog. The neighborhood was very walkable and was minutes to LL Bean and all the shops and restaurants downtown Freeport has to offer. I would highly recommend Vienna’s place. She was the prefect host and offered a pristine place in a great location for a reasonable price.

Dan is very friendly, great communication and eager to assist in what you might need. His place is cozy and easy to get to.

Cecilia is just a wonderful person, and a truly kind host. You actually do have the entire bottom of a house, bathtub, beautiful setting, great for all mid-coast locations, and more. 10 out of 5 stars.

Sheen and Nancy are wonderful hosts. The place is impressive and the views across the inlet are stunning. Sherb made fresh bread for us and also delicious blueberry scones. Would definitely love to come back!

Place was exactly as described. Lovely home with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The porch is lovely to sit and have a coffee. The market across the road does fantastic meals to go we tried chicken Wednesday and fab pastries which anyone must try if staying. There was a park walkable for kids and beach down the road was quiet. Kayla and Nick are incredibly helpful and quick to respond for any additional questions. We really enjoyed our stay as so close to Freeport and Portland.

Charming and peaceful studio that had all we needed with nice like coffee, tea, and snacks. Town was relaxing and beautiful.

We found the place to be cozy, with nice furnishings & artwork. The neighborhood is lovely for walks down to the water. It’s just 2 doors down to the Town Landing Market, which has a fantastic selection of coffees, pastries & groceries. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen & spent many hours on the sunny balcony, enjoying the view of the peaceful back yard. We’d certainly stay here again!
