The Cape House

Welcome to the Cape House. We are located on nine rural acres with 300 feet of beach front: but we are only 20 minutes from Summerside. Enjoy secluded relaxation and all that the town has to offer. The home is very well equipped and recently renovated with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, including two ensuites. There is a private playground, games room, BBQ. Ample room for a large group. Dig for clams on the beach, make sand castles and enjoy the feeling of your feet in the red sand.

Welcome to my home. Are you traveling and need a place to stay? I have 2 bedrooms 1 with a single bed and a double bed and the other with a double bed. There is an apartment with separate entrance in the basement that called Winchester apartment which is also available. As shown in the pictures Irishtown nature park is a 5 minute drive and Parlee beach is a 20 minute drive. My neighborhood is quiet you can hear the birds chirping. I look forward to making your stay on Winchester comfortable.
