We loved our stay! The house is as described in the listing and was very comfortable with amazing decor. Super close to lots of great restaurants.

So pleased with this adorable stay at John’s! I travel for work so location, safety, feeling at home are all very important. The Airbnb is a 5 minute drive from downtown Ada where all the great restaurants and shops are. Easy access back to the main roads. The apartment itself was ADORABLE. Clean, up to date, and really felt right at home. I will be back!!

A home away from home. The hosts were amazing! Super easy to reach and were extremely helpful. This was the perfect place for our stay!

The birds nest was charming. The mid-century decor was so fun. Loved the retro record player and The Beach Boys album took me back. Well equipt kitchen, bath and laundry. I would suggest the steps be repaired and repainted since it is the first impression. A small eat in table and 2 chairs could be added along the back wall. The transition from kitchen to LR is high and the LR rug needs to be secured. Bedding was comfortable and washer and dryer very helpful. Would like to have been able to just put the dishes in dishwasher and start it vs having to wash and put everything away. Jordan was extremely responsive and the code door access was easy. I didn’t realize we needed to put the code in when we left to lock it but we figured it out after the first trip out. The cost was reasonable considering our stay was during Tulip Time

Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The basement was spacious, clean, and very easy to access. The bed was really comfy, we both slept really well throughout our stay. It was a great value for the price, and everything was exactly as described. Ron and Briette were friendly and responsive hosts, making the experience even smoother. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had to attend s wedding in town and staying here made the experience very pleasant!

Kristen's downtown bungalow in GR was a perfect set up for our family with 5 adults, 2 children and 2 pets. So wonderful that they allowed our furry family to join us! That can be hard to find! The location was only blocks from downtown and made for easy access to all the restaurants, bars and events we were attending. The bungalow, was so cute and very clean! It had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and out was an easy simple process and minimal to do's before we left. Kristen checked in with us often to make sure our stay was going well and if we needed anything. Our family had a wonderful weekend in GR and many thanks to our hosts for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful City.

We were thrilled to back for a second year at the Gove Schoolhouse! Our teachers found respite in the idyllic setting as we ended another school year and began planning for the next. Thank you for providing such a beautiful, well appointed space for us to rest and recharge! We will be back next year.

Jeremy was such a wonderful host and his airbnb was lovely! The space was all so clean and organized, the beds were heavenly to sleep on, and we were equipped with anything we might need for a weekend stay. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, this airbnb felt like a home away from home. This was a much-needed getaway and break from everyday life and it was the perfect place to achieve that.

A nice private place to call your own. I stayed a week and was gone most of the days but it was nice to come home to. The washer & dryer were a nice touch so I didn’t take a suitcase full of dirty clothes home. Easy location to jump on the freeway and see the sights. Thanks Glen

Wonderful birthday weekend visit to Grand Rapids. My family enjoyed our stay, and the Airbnb was in a great location for all of our activities. Home was clean and tastefully decorated. We ate out for our meals so didn’t take advantage of many of the kitchen amenities provided. We were able to bring our dog along and had no issues. Parked our vehicle in the cul-de-sac, since driveway and garage were a tight fit as mentioned by host. Communication by host(s) before during and after visit was consistent, courteous, and helpful.

This is a great neighborhood and is an easy one mile walk down Fulton to Van Andel. Close to a great bakery, pizza, wine and coffee shops. Beds were very comfortable and the historic home is divided into two rentals, where we stayed in the upper unit which had a galley kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom that were simple and very clean. We would definitely return again. We did not need to reach out to Alex at all but that just means everything was well explained and easy to navigate for arrival and departure. Thanks Alex!

Our stay at the Grand Castle was beyond expectation! We had parks, trails, restaurants, and shopping within a few blocks of our stay. The highway was close. The Condo was large and tastefully decorated, complete with kitchen, and linens! I am looking forward to booking with LiveSuites again. Thank you!

Highly recommend Mindy‘s property. It is so clean, modern and comfortable and a great base when you’re in the Grand Rapids area, especially if you are visiting a student at Calvin University. It is literally minutes from the campus and you can totally walk there.

The condo was very nice. Decorated with “up to date” color scheme. Beds were very comfortable. Dining area inviting. Living / relaxing area comfortable, possibly could replace one of the standard straight chairs with a recliner for more option to relax. The selection of coffee pods for the Kurig was wonderful, might consider adding a non flavored coffee pod as well as a decaffeinated pod to the selection. We were surprised no toaster available but compromised by making toast using the broiler. Over all, our experience was very, very nice.

Tom is a quality host. He communicates clearly and with consideration/anticipation of his guests needs. The property is as described and is centrally located allowing us to walk or utilize ride share with ease during our stay.

This was the perfect place for us and our out of town guests to stay for our wedding. It was spacious and clean. It had fun amenities. It was walkable to all of the bars and restaurants. Just be careful of the spiral staircase if you do go to the bars!

Beautifully restored condo in a lovely older home. Covered parking for two cars. Modern decor and lots of space. Large closet in main bedroom. Comfy beds.

Enjoyed our two night stay at Tom’s condo!! Easy to find, very clean, and location was perfect!!! Highly recommend and would stay again!
