Wonderful view and lovely cottage, with Joan's kindness and heartfelt welcome we felt right at home.

Our stay at the Ostrich nest was great! Right on the water, with plenty of amenities and a fantastic outdoor space to take advantage of. We kayaked around the island in about 95 leisurely minutes using the provided kayaks and paddles. A/C was available but not needed - yet good to know it was there. The kitchen had everything you'd expect from a short term rental as well. All in all, it was a good weekend.

We had such a lovely stay here over the Easter weekend – it was everything we hoped for and more! The house is clean, beautifully kept, and the views? Absolutely breathtaking. It’s one of those rare places that feels even better in person than in the pictures. It had everything we could possibly need – and then some. The hosts were simply wonderful – super friendly, accommodating, and just really easy to talk to. They made the whole experience feel warm and personal, not distant or transactional in any way. They even let us check in early and check out late, which made a huge difference for us with kids. Our days were filled with beach walks, seafood harvesting adventures, backyard chill time, and gorgeous sunsets. It felt like a perfect little reset from our busy lives. We were also celebrating our daughter’s 4th birthday during the stay, and she had an absolute blast. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you Dale & Carol.

Beautiful cottage on the water! The surroundings are very peaceful. Nice to watch the tides. the kitchen was well outfitted includingna gas range and teapot! Loved it, thanks, Erin!

Kenny & Kelly’s place was absolutely lovely. We stopped there as a place to rest and relax for a few days during our cross country road trip from Massachusetts with our dog, Fox. The water right outside our door was a dream. We did find some small pieces of glass and there are sharp rocks on the beach/yard. Not the fault of the owners, just the nature of a WA beach. But definitely recommend watching out for children’s feet, wear water shoes as well as dog paws. Our dog did cut his paw pretty bad on some glass while swimming, unfortunately. But again, this just comes with beach play. We brought our paddleboard and went out one day and that was absolutely perfect. We saw so much wildlife. The sun room was where we spent most of our time. Our dog, and we, loved watching the wildlife and the tide go in and out through the big glass windows. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Jacob's place is really special! The view and outdoor seating area would make this spot worth it, but the house is also really well taken care of, cozy, and enjoyable to spend time in. We loved our time here and felt it was a great home base for exploring the area or relaxing on the water.

This was a really great stay. The cabin offered the perfect balance of being in nature off the grid while having many amenities provided. The kitchenette was perfect and all supplies provided worked. We were at Sleepy Stout and the closeness to the river was everything. During the afternoons this spot is blasted with sun but there are other places to go on the property if needed. When you're at the site it feels really private but the other spots were a bit surprisingly close to me. The trails can be a bit tough due to inclines when packing in and out but it was manageable. Lounging chairs and picnic table was provided and they were really great. The general closeness to Seattle is also great and perfect for a little weekend getaway for a pair of Seattlites. I definitely recommend this location if you are looking for low stress off grid camping and especially if you want to be near a river.

My daughter and I had a really great stay here. The home was clean, very well stocked, and secluded with lots of parking. The view from the house is stunning. I’ll be back next year!

We had a wonderful and peaceful vacation weekend in Allyn! Fang’s home was easy to get to and settle into. We loved watching the water and tides, and it was easy to walk to restaurant, coffee shops and more. We spent most of our days on day trips in the region (Staircase Ridge & Hama Hama Oysters, and the Tacoma Zoo). This was the perfect place to recharge. We also loved the kayaks and hot tub, and generally cozy space. Fang was proactive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay as well.

What a perfect peaceful place to getaway. We so enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Aimee and Carlos were very kind and left us nice welcoming gifts! (Thank you!) The view is amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay! The deep sea / blue theme was so welcoming, and the location right on the shore was beautiful. Lots of birds and eagles and cute animals on the property. I fell in love with Edgar the black cat! Margo and Sam are so kind and wonderful. Highly recommend for a single person, 2 close friends, or couple's getaway!

A gorgeous lake house, with lovely walking paths around. You not only get to enjoy nature but also loads of restaurants deliver closeby so you don't need to bother with cooking. The bed was comfortable and the interior was calming and warm. The view from this place isn't incredible and take the cake. I'd like to spend a weekend here again just reading on the porch. highly recommend

The Oberon cabin in the woods was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of peaceful tranquility wash over us. The setting was incredibly serene, surrounded by majestic trees and the gentle sounds of nature. The cabin itself was wonderfully cozy and impeccably clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we particularly enjoyed cooking on the blackstone grill as well as enjoying the hot tub. We spent our days on the beach just relaxing and exploring, saw many seals, bald eagles and a harbor porpoise within 15 ft of the bottom of the beach steps. It was so cool!! We explored and hiked the trails at Penrose Point State park, just a short drive and absolutely magical. This was truly the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and already longing to return. We highly recommend Oberon to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and wonderful getaway in nature. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Note: We did not have cell service in area around the house. There is high speed WiFi but I would recommend screenshotting the code to enter before arriving. We really enjoyed our time and the beautiful scenery of the mountains and water. Although we did not have a car and this place is a bit of a walk from things, so we stayed in. I don’t think there’s a lot to do around the area unless you have a car. Food delivery is possible though. The place is also extremely clean and very well decorated and stocked with kitchen things, books, and board games (even the dish sponge is clean). The neighbors are quiet and the hosts are around if you need them. Highly recommend!

Having stayed at dozens of rental homes around the country, its easy for me when I come across a standout like this property. The home is possibly the best appointed rental I have ever stayed in. If you intend to hang out at the house and enjoy the scenery, the back yard and kitchen are perfectly set up to entertain your guests. My family and I did not notice a single thing that we wanted or needed that was not on hand. Anyone looking to rent a property in this area of Washington, I would highly recommend this home! Im sure I will be back one day.

Dave's place was truly amazing! It was so spacious and easily accommodated the 7 of us with plenty of room to spare. Not only was the home beautiful, but the surrounding area was just as beautiful. the beach and boardwalk was great for walks. Dave was very responsive to our questions and needs. He had everything we could have asked for. would absolutely recommend his place and would love to stay here again sometime.

Lotus' Beach House was beautiful, and exactly the peaceful home away that we needed. We loved waking up and watching harbor porpoise with the sunrise, from anywhere in the house! The wall of glass made for the best view when it was chilly to be out on the deck or beach. It was cool to read about the award-winning architecture and to see how Lotus plans to feature it. The instruction notes and guides through the house were helpful as well, and they had everything we needed, even bath toys for our kids. We had plenty of dishes, everything to cook with, kids stools in both bathrooms, entertainment and even a kite! It was a quick drive to see the Troll and downtown Winslow, or up to Poulsbo, but we were also happy walking up and down the beach, playing in the sand and splashing in the Sound. Three days here felt like we've had a week of vacating or more, it was so rejuvenating. Thank you!

Beautiful place and amazing view. Enjoyed being right on the water - rooms, decks, fire pit(s), and hot tub were amazing. Really enjoyed watching the sea otters in the Sound. Well cared for place.

Our family of 12 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront home! The space was more than enough for everyone to be comfortable, with plenty of beds and room to spread out. Even our grandmother, who uses a walker, was able to get around the house with ease, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved the fire pit and used it every night—such a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a day of activities. The location was also perfect for attending St. Martin’s Graduation, just a short and easy drive away. The house was clean, well-equipped, and full of great amenities like the hot tub, sports court, and private dock. The hosts have clearly put thought into creating a fun yet peaceful getaway, and we really appreciated the care they put into the home. Highly recommend for large families or groups looking for a relaxing lakeside retreat!

The house and its surroundings are beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. Joseph accommodated a very last minute early check-in request which was really helpful. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, and nearby trails. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this lovely waterfront house and couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful getaway. The location is absolutely stunning — right on the water with panoramic views that you’ll never get tired of. We spent hours just watching the seals, sea otters, and a variety of birds right from the deck. It’s incredibly quiet and serene, the kind of place where you can truly relax and unplug!

Hamid was an exceptional host. Always responsive and suer accommodating. We hosted a team meeting with 2 of our team members staying there and we all enjoyed the place. It is a little further away from the busy city so you will need a car to get travel in and out. The neighborhood is super quiet and the view is amazing. The house was overall super clean and organized. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cabin in the city.
