Cocos House Live Like A Local

Το Cocos House είναι ένα ανακαινισμένο παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι, σ ένα ήρεμο κ γραφικό χωριό της Σερίφου τον Κένταρχο ή Καλλιτσο. Απέχει περίπου 9 χιλ. από το Λιβάδι που είναι κ το Λιμανι του νησιού. Έχει κοντά του αρκετές όμορφες κ γνωστές παραλίες εύκολα επισκέψιμες. Σημαντική προϋπόθεση για να φτάσετε στο κατάλυμα είναι να έχετε μεταφορικό μέσο. Το σπίτι έχει πρόσβαση από δυο σημεία του χωριού. Από το ένα θα ανεβείτε περιπου 40 σκαλοπάτια κ από το άλλο θα κατεβείτε λίγο περισσότερα.

The Photographer’s House

My house is a small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Approximately 15’ away from the port and at a stone’s throw from the greatest beaches of the island. Most suitable for couples. Owning a vehicle is necessary. Being small, airy and fully functional combined with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea, it will offer you a sense of tranquility and notable memories for years to come.
