Beautiful area and place to stay at. Very clean and nice. Well worth the price. Lots in the area to do and nice to walk the main road. Was very beautiful around the fall time on the drive in with the colorful leaves.

Great location and very spacious. Basic decor and stocking of kitchen, nothing fancy but worked for what we needed. Apartment is in busy, fun area of Covington and can be loud on weekend evenings. (We were there during the Pride celebration and parade.) We drove a Honda Ridgeline. Parking was a little tight when exiting the alley, but the space was next to the apartment and very convenient. Parking in this area can be very challenging. Good choice for what we needed this trip. My husband is having hip replacement next week. He was able to navigate the steps, but if you struggle with mobility or balance issues, the stairs up to the unit are pretty steep. There is a sturdy handrail that helped. We were a little concerned about this when we booked the unit, but he managed.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Lots of natural light and very close to anything you need. The check-in process was seamless and the host was available for any questions we had.

Great location, clean, very well equipped. Had everything my husband and I needed for a weekend with our infant in Covington!

This was the best experience we’ve ever had! My family takes a trip to cincy every year for reds games and this was our absolute favorite place we’ve ever stayed! I highly recommend and we will absolutely be back!

We enjoyed staying at the Devou Park Cottage. Loved the neighborhood and the accessibility to the highway. The hosts were responsive and communication was excellent. Highly recommend this host and property.

We loved our short stay at this spot. The host communicated well and navigating check in and parking was a breeze. We also loved the location, which was very walkable to parks, restaurants, breweries, etc. We had an issue with the WiFi one evening but Eric and team were very responsive and got the situation resolved very quickly. Would highly recommend this spot!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and the location was right next door to the venue. The front view was in the heart of Findlay Market and back deck view was of the city, which is breathtaking at night. I would definitely stay again!!!

Such a nice place in a great location. Ben has obviously put a lot of thought into the space. Our dog enjoyed the deck and grassy backyard. The floors in the apartment above are a little squeaky, but if you don’t mind a little noise, then the place is excellent! Thanks, Ben!

Katarina hosted a great experience for my friends and I who were in town for a wedding! Place was exactly as described and near some cool things to do downtown. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in Cincinnati!

The apartment was very clean and modern. It had pretty much everything we needed: Towels, hair dryer, soap, a well-stocked kitchen, even tea and coffee. The only thing we might have added would be an ice tray. The place was very clean and a nice place to wind down between activities. We were a 15-20 minute drive from city activities, but the neighborhood itself is not walkable. We didn't try the public transportation because bus rides to the places we wanted to visit were about an hour ride. Expect to have to drive. The good news is the parking is very convenient with its own lot! There are some restaurants nearby, and Factory 52 was a really cool place to go on the evenings we had nothing planned. (Thank you to the hosts for great restaurant and activity recommendations and that walking tour book!). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, and the host was accommodating and responsive.

Sam was just the VERY best. Very accomodating, very responsive. She has made sure my stay was everything and more. The property is BEAUTIFUL !!! Very clean, very well decorated. It gives a luxurious vibe and peaceful.

This is a great place to stay. Mount Adams is really charming and centrally located for all things "Cincinnati".

Second time staying here and just as great of an experience. If you’re going to TQL it’s literally across the street. Public transit is nearby but we walked everywhere without issue. They gave us a couple local recommendations that I couldn’t get to during our last trip, but had the opportunity this time around. We’re looking forward to our next trip!

This place is so cute—everything as described, super clean and adorable decor! Easy check in/out process. Wonderful communication from the host! We’d definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

This has been one of the best locations I have stayed in recently, there is sooo much to do and within walking distance including amazing coffee shops, bars, restaurants, convenient stores, and fun boutique shops. Everyone in the group also felt safe walking around the area, even at night. We enjoyed all the space and having a bathroom in every single bedroom. Chris and Chris were very responsive and proactive, overall a special, unique stay in Cinci!
