We were absolutely delighted with this cozy place! The biggest advantage is the sea, literally a step away from the house: just a minute's walk, and you're already on the beach. No need to go anywhere anymore - you can enjoy sea trips at any time, whether in the morning or under the stars! The house is new, very clean and well-maintained, you can feel the care of the owners. Everything is thought out for a comfortable stay. The only thing is that it is more convenient to get there by car, but this is a small price to pay for such a heavenly vacation by the water. I highly recommend this option to those who appreciate proximity to the sea, coziness and tranquility! We will definitely come back again! ❤️

Harrys’ villa was excellent. The place was beautiful and very clean. There is a great view with a pool that comes right up to the edge of the villa. The air conditioning was strong (great for me and my wife because we like it cold at night). What really stood out was Harrys himself though. He is a wonderful, responsive host. He was there to check us in and brought us US wall adapters for our electronics. When my wife needed to do her hair, he brought over a straightener for us. He gave us a dinner recommendation to Prosilio’s (recommend!) and called the owner to let him know we were coming. When we got there, the owner greeted us and offered us a free dessert on the house. Harrys really made our stay incredible and demonstrated that famous Greek hospitality. 10/10 would recommend and will likely go again.

the place was better that advertised. well equipped . the jacuzzi and pool were clean. the host was very responsive and thoughtful.

Fotis is a great host, we were very warmly welcomed! Fotis is a discreet but very considerate host, he spoiled us with delicious tomatoes from the garden, figs, cactus fruits 🌵 etc... We felt at home in Fotis's beautiful place, very comfortable, clean, with a garden and a beautiful pool! Thank you for the valuable advice, the smiles, the touches! We were delighted with our stay! This is a beautiful apartment located in the outskirts of Patras. This makes it slightly inconvenient to reach the center, but we didn't mind as we mainly used the place to stay for the night. The apartment is stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The terrace is nice too, but the weather wasn't too great. In all, great value for money, especially for those who want to stay in. If you want to explore Patras, you better strap your laces. In our case, we took the car down the boulevard through the port and parked near the large church.

The apartment is part of the beautiful house with garden, which is inhabited by Catherine and her family. The rooms are large and shady, in front of the apartment you can sit well, use a grill and outdoor shower. The famous sunset can be observed through the bushes. The beach is within walking distance: a beautiful bay with loungers and umbrellas, we paid for them by buying drinks and were highly satisfied. The much larger beach can be reached by wading through a shallow stream. There was a lot of space there (except during the actual season!!!)- Parasols and loungers, but only as an offer for the guests of the large hotel. You need a car for shopping and restaurants. Of particular tourist interest is Olympia, 30 minutes away by car. We found what we were looking for at Catherine's: quiet, well-kept surroundings, extremely warm hospitality. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Very idyllic location only a short drive from beaches and other attractions. Unique experience, for kids as well as adults! Jennifer was great and very helpful. Mind the steep drive up to the estate.

We had a great holiday with our family, including our 2 year old grandson. The setting is lovely - surrounded by olive groves and very secluded. There is other accommodation nearby, but we weren't really aware of it. It's a short walk into the village, with a few shops and restaurants, and a very short walk to the beach, which, when we were there in late May, was very quiet. The beach was sheltered and ideal for children. There were beach bars and sunbeds nearby. The garden and the pool were lovely - the pool was beautifully cleaned every day. The house was cleaned twice during our stay to a high standard. The house itself was very comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the gas barbecue. Helen and Spyros were very quick to respond to any queries that we had and to help us deal with a couple of minor problems. They were very helpful and provided a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and baby monitor. They provided a bespoke welcome pack.
