Stayed here for 5 nights in late August, and it was wonderful! The place is very clean and feels fresh, new & modern. The location is great, within very short walking distance of Charlottetown's downtown waterfront and many restaurants, shops, etc. We'd never been to PEI before, and this was the perfect "home base" for daily explorations all around the beautiful island. And the comprehensive list of local "recommendations" in the unit was very helpful...we must have done at least half of them and were very glad that we did.

Stayed at the Black House for a month and it was a perfect fit for us! The kitchen was fully complete, so I was able to cook anything and everything I wanted to, very easily. The backyard was so beautiful as it turned green, so having the barbeque and deck furniture allowed us to spend lots of time out there. The location meant that we could walk all over downtown Charlottetown easily from the house, which we did most days. Having laundry in suite was fantastic for our longer stay, and the street parking was convenient and safe. April was great to communicate with. Any questions or requests I had were answered quickly and she left some treats for us when we arrived to make us feel at home. The one thing we found was that outside noise was pretty audible in the bedrooms, especially at night, so we could hear traffic and conversation from the street quite clearly. Overall, I would definitely stay there again, it was hard to leave!
