From there you can reach Bad-Cannstatt (Cannstatter Wasen) in 12 minutes by car as well as the Königstrasse in Stuttgart in 18 minutes by car. A bus stop is 100 meters from the house, which serves the destinations Waiblingen, Fellbach and Esslingen. DER perfekte Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Stuttgart, aber auch unserer Weinregion. Die S-Bahn in die City erreicht ihr in nur 10 Fußminuten. Ihr wohnt in einem separaten Bereich im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses mit eigenem Zugang und kleiner Terrasse fernab jeglichen Straßenverkehrs. Wir bewohnen mit unseren 2 Kids (3 und 7 Jahre) das Obergeschoss.

Our NESTle is a small, cozy, comfortable apartment to feel good. A pretty one-room apartment in a quiet location with its own terrace and view of the countryside. The apartment is on the ground floor. In about 7 minutes you are on foot in the center of Fellbach (market hall, town hall, ...) and at the U-Bahn [subway] direction Stuttgart.

The studio apartment 28 sqm is located in Endersbach which belongs to Weinstadt. It is centrally located near train station in a residiential area. The studio apartment is in the basement with several daylight windows. It has its own entrance and is reachable by some stairs.
