We had a wonderful stay here! It was very close to everything we wanted to do and their hospitality was phenomenal. We hope to come back and stay again sometime!

It fit our needs perfectly. Sonya and Chris were both warm and welcoming and strived to make sure our needs were met. There was one glitch with washer/dryer but they made sure we still had the ability to use theirs. Very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the pillows as well. A pillow is often too big, these were just right. Having a granddaughter nearby, we hope it is available for future visits. A great two weeks.

The guesthouse was perfect for my trip, I was traveling alone and in town to help a family member move in to their new home. I was busy during the day and it was nice to come back to the guesthouse in the evenings. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. There are a few restaurants and shops within short walking distance. Everything was very clean and the space is minimally furnished with just the bare necessities for a short stay.

A very cozy and peaceful experience.Everything that you need to go to,from restaurants to retails,are very close by.James is a very friendly host.

Ryan’s place was great! The bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed the muffins, orange juice, and beer that were provided upon arrival. Perfect location, being only about 15 mins from everything we wanted to do! We were able to go down to Clearwater and St. Pete Beach as well and it was only about 40 mins away! The pool and kayaks were also a plus and Ryan helped us get the kayaks out and ready for us to use!

I stayed at Karens place for about a week while working and visiting family. It was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Check in very easy with the button lock box, and located nearby Walsingham park is good for walks and quiet views. Karen was really responsive with communication. Would happily stay here again. A+

Bebe's Casa O is at a quiet neighborhood with tranquility all around. Well maintained guest house, clean and cozy with a hospitable host. Looking forward to returning.

Cute studio, clean and neat. Nice neighborhood in an older part of Tampa. We stayed with our little dog and easily found nearby dog friendly restaurants.

Perfect location in the heart of Tampa; it was close to everything we had planned. The room was clean and cute. Coffee was perfect every morning! Very worth the value!!

Super cute place. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and greatly appreciated the fact that the place was non toxic and had all non toxic products in it. Loved the private patio. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again when in the area again.

A home away from home . The host was so kind and generous to us during our stay . My family and I loved every bit of it . Thank you for having us ! Next time we come to visit we will definitely be booking again.

It was beautiful and clean felt right at home was able to get settled in immediately. It was peaceful and relaxing. The bed was soft. The floor was beautifully matching the decor. The pool was amazing. They had different depths and it was heated to a really good temperature. There was a fridge and a microwave with other utensils we didn’t think we needed and it was honestly just perfect.

Went for the weekend to see Metallica and Justin’s place was the perfect spot to lay low and enjoy the weekend! It was close to everything and just a short Uber ride to the show! Would definitely stay again!

Great little place within driving/ biking distance to activities. Very quiet and clean place. Had bikes and all the beach stuff you may need! Will definitely return!

We truly enjoyed our 8 night stay at Jordan’s Cozy Bungalow! Perfect location for us and definitely well priced. It had everything we needed, was spacious for two, private, convenient, very well kept, and easy to find. Parking was on the street, but she offered driveway parking when away for a few days….which we very much appreciated! Jordan was such a gracious and attentive host!! We will definitely stay with her again!!

This was our second time staying at Nate’s place. It was just as wonderful as the first time we stayed here two years ago! Nate continues to maintain the upmost level of service with extremely clean, comfortable accommodations ready with everything you could hope for during your stay—including two bikes to use on the very nearby Pinellas Trail. We consider his place truly a little gem in Dunedin!

The property was perfectly located, close to downtown Tampa and situated within the quiet, leafy neighborhood of Hyde Park. The apartment was tastefully decorated and contained every amenity you could wish for, right down to the basket of goodies in the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Excellent air conditioning and temperature control. Bedroom beautifully furnished and king size bed super comfortable. Lisa communicated very well both before and during our stay. She gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants, and her guidance related to ordering an uber made that super easy also. We’d highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay in the tiki house. It’s a beautiful property, incredibly peaceful. You can tell the hosts take a lot of pride in what they do. Our kids loved the spiral staircase and feeding the turtles and fish in the pond. We especially loved our encounters with the hosts’ Berniedoodle named Grover. The house was incredibly clean with comfortable beds. Plenty of provisions in the kitchen for cooking however, you should bring your own spices and foil/wraps…

We had a great stay! The unit smelled great and was very clean. It was stocked with what we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Nicole’s place was so beautiful and clean. It was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay on our trip to Tampa to visit friends. It was private, the inside was a great retreat from the hot outdoors with a lovely couch and tv, and the courtyard was wonderful to sit and have lunch and watch a storm roll in. Couldn’t have pictured anything better.

I enjoyed visiting Tampa and that I could bring my cat, Piper. The tiny house is pretty much a straight shot to a trolly stop & the trolly is frequent free which is great. Plenty of snacks and breakfast items were provided, which I really appreciated. The host even brought me a container of milk.

I had a week stay here, and it was everything I wanted and more. Brendan was super responsive and provided not only very clear instructions on check in, but also many recommendations for Tampa activities. The bathroom and kitchen were fully equipped, and the AC worked like a charm (vital for Florida in June). Would absolutely stay here again.
