There are two identical duplexes with a capacity of 4-6 beds. Each one has its own entrance,two parking spaces. The apartments have luxury equipment. Modern and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen area is connected to the living and dining area. On the ground floor there is also an entrance hallway and a utility room with a toilet. Upstairs you will be greeted by two bedrooms. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet. The entire property is covered with free WiFi.

A 73.8 sqm apartment. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room and a small toilet. From the living room, exit to the terrace (garden furniture, blankets, barbecue). Upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower, a two-level master bedroom with a large double bed and an entrance via a ladder to an open mezzanine with another large bed.
