Lovely villa, as described. Accommodated nine (4 adults 5 children youngest four years old) with a bedroom to spare. It felt very safe and secure. Pool is great, lovely breakfast is included daily. Private chef Nittaya cooks excellent Thai and European food and can be booked for lunch and dinner. She will buy ingredients and cook what you wish. James will look after you, arranging taxis, outings etc. Thank you, we would have stayed longer if we could

The property itself is perfect but the housing estate where the property is located is a bit abandoned, otherwise the property would be a perfect 5 stars.

I was in the villa for four weeks and it was pure relaxation. It was all as described. The private beach is sensational and unique and within 2 minutes walking distance. With a delivery service you can have everything delivered very quickly directly to the villa or you can go from the villa directly by taxi to another location - that was very comfortable. The location of the villa is in a very quiet area, I really liked it and can recommend it if you are looking for peace and relaxation. The pool and small garden area around the villa gives you air to breathe and you don't feel locked in. I felt very comfortable and would have loved to stay. My partner and I stayed at Jana & Martin’s with our two young children and we loved it. The location is absolutely stunning. The house is really practical and a lovely place to stay. We loved eating food from the small bar area - delicious. Also, Martin makes a superb pina colada! Massages over looking the sea - heaven. Martin took us on a boat trip, which was really magical. Highly recommend. Fantastic swimming pool for the kids and lots of toys to play with. No need to bring drinking water as there is a cooler in the house, which was really helpful. Martin & Jana couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. We hope to come back one day to this really special place.

It’s a great place to stay right on the beach, if you’re luckier than us with the weather, you’re gonna have a great time! Obviously of note, just as other reviewers mention, the cafe next door does indeed play music all day long until ~1am or so every day, however all the bedrooms are on another side very much away from the noise. Didn’t hear a thing when sleeping! The first floor is unusual - it’s completely open and stays open like that, as there’s no door on the beach side. However, that’s not a problem as the beach is super safe and we had fun just lounging in that area after a long day of exploring. Hosts were extremely responsive and helped with local recommendations and scooter rentals. All in all, this is probably a place suited for the younger crowd, so definitely go ahead, book it and have fun!

It was a really nice stay. We would love to back to sand and book again with him.. he is very kind and always there if u need something. He organized for us a scooter that we can easily drive around the island. The villa was very beautiful and looks the same as on the pictures :) Very very nice 👍 thank you see I again

I’m very happy stayed here… i was surprised villa as seen like pictures and helpful Staf all standby for serve us like family, the villa also near the beach and James recommended us the food of restaurant also very good, me and my friends stratified and welcome back again… thanks Audrey and James

Its a spacious and nice bungalow connected to at great hotel. The service was excellent, and the restaurant at the hotel was also really good. Our kids loved the pool and used it all the time. The hotel sells cannabis (legal and all) and the lobby smells like it, so if you have a problem with that, this might not be the place for you.

Loved staying at Sopoppys Place. Room was nice and spacious. Basic but all we needed. Really awesome location. Close to night markets. Heaps of yum dinner options. Cheers

I spent a month here with my wife. This is a great place and it was great time. I would definitely stay longer if it is not rented months ahead. Quick access to the main road. It’s very convenient to have an office room with a quiet wide table to accommodate a laptop and big screen to work. Spacious living area with a big sofa. Small kitchen but still functional. Great sunset view from the balcony. The most memorable part of our stay was the hosts. Very welcome and ready to help. The burgers they cook is top notch. Well, this is the best burger I have ever had and with no meat. This is the place I will keep an eye on for my further trips on Samui. 5 burgers of 5.

Comfortable house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen-living room, large veranda. Very clean. There is everything you need to feel at home, not a guest. Housekeeping once a week The garden and pool are monitored by the staff every day. Feeling clean and well-maintained. There is shampoo, gel, soap, cotton swabs. The kitchen is well-stocked and has everything you need to keep it clean. Comfortable bed and linen. Each room has a mosquito fumigator, safe. The veranda has beautiful furniture, we enjoyed the secluded breakfasts that we cooked ourselves among the birds, palm trees, flowering trees. Neighbors from all over the world, very welcoming, hosts maintain a friendly atmosphere, you immediately feel part of a friendly community. Many have admitted that they are planning a trip for availability to stay here. There is a great, clean pool, several sun loungers with umbrellas. A couple of minutes from the beautiful beach of Lamai. Each house is part of a common ensemble, hedge and birds singing!

Great spot. Right on the beach. Rooms are nice and cool and everything is updated and feels clean. Only thing to note is that you are above a bar which plays loud music. Jaymes reached out beforehand to confirm that we understood that. We had a great time

Everything was perfect. The host was very nice and helpful. We could not find the bungalow with the adress from the insertion from airbnb but it is easy to find if you use the directions from the host. I think the bungalow was more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

This apartment is a real legit 5 star place in every way possible. Its a new building just completed in 2025 with everything high quality and modern. When you are in the apartment, you forget youre on Koh Samui island. Its on the top floor with a view outside the back of the building, rather than the courtyard, which is very nice. Anastasia met me in person to check me in, which is a nice touch rather than just a key lock box. Walking out the back gate you are on Lamai Beach main street within 1 minute, and only another couple minutes to the beach. You really cannot have a better location with a better apartment for a very reasonable price. If you are staying in Lamai and this is available, book it without hesitation. Other apartments in this building are much more expensive, and as far as I can tell from the pictures, they are all exactly the same. Thank you Anastasia, I hope to see you again soon!

Fascinating and beautiful villa placed in a quiet place far away from noisy streets. Perfect for family staying with kids. Lovely private bay with amazing sunsets. Special thanks to administrator Tony and team of the villa, which made our stay unforgettable supplying us with delicious meals cooked on site and personal recommendations and tours given by Tony. Awesome villa with an amazing view. Cyril and his team went beyond and helped arrange transfers and scooter hires as well. Beautiful location close enough to everything you could need. If you feel like staying in paradise, this is it.

Property is steps from the beach. Nice home with all you need for a great vacation. Location requires transportation unless you stay home. Many restaurants surround the property. Moped rentals are available. The host was extremely responsive and assisted whenever necessary .

This has been the best of many Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. The grounds are beautiful, it’s quiet, peaceful, the home is stunning and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful with local recommendations and tips. It’s located in a good spot if you’re looking to walk the beach and find random places to stop and eat at that are right on the beach. It’s walkable to some of the local shops as well. There is a place two houses down the road that rents bikes and runs tours. I would highly recommend to rent a bike or moped while there, it makes getting around to other parts of the Island very easy. They do drive on the left hand side of the road in all of Thailand so be ready for that adjustment. I got used to this in about a day of riding around.
