Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

A cozy two-room apartment in Kempele, equipped with an air-source heat pump and with its own entrance. Close to the highway! Free parking! Multiple cars can fit in the yard. A peaceful location in the middle of a field landscape. About 2 km to the center of Kempele. About 10 km to Oulu.
