Holiday rentals with a pool in Kill Devil Hills

We loved our stay here! Everything looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed! The pool and walking distance to the beach were perfect!

Scout's Harbor accommodated our large group very well. Plenty of space for sleeping, hanging out, and cooking. Views of the sound were beautiful. We had a great stay and appreciated Gia's responsiveness.

I spent a weekend at this rental with my husband and 2 kids (5, 3yrs old). It was absolutely better than expected. The home was clean and well stocked. I’ve stayed at many other rentals in OBX through various platforms and this has been my favorite one yet. The house was super clean and nicely updated. The furniture was comfortable and practical. The dining chairs were easily wiped clean which was nice especially traveling with little kids. I wasn’t expecting to use the Colington Harbour amenities, but that ended up being a big hit with the family. It was really nice hitting up the pool in the evening after spending the entire morning at the beach. The kids loved watching the boats come in. The host Dana also was very responsive. If it’s available for our next OBX trip then we will for sure be back!

Staying at Park and Paddle was fantastic! The house was impeccably clean and well -stocked with everything we needed.Natile was very accommodating and provided great local tips.We cant wait to come back!

This is an absolute “will book again” kind of place! The home was clean, and Connor was extremely responsive and accommodating. You can’t beat the location, and the amenities were wonderful! The description and pictures don’t do it justice. The house is beautiful with large open common areas where a large group can comfortably gather, but the bedrooms offered the privacy needed when you wanted it. I have two children under the age of 5 and I was worried about access to the pool and security of the porch rails. As soon as I got there, it put my mind at ease to see a nice secure gate for pool access, and the balconies offered security without making it too tempting for my little ones to climb. The pool and outdoor area was perfect! We spent more time in the pool than at the beach because it was just so enjoyable. The location of the home offers you quick and easy options for shopping, dinner, and other entertainment activities. My entire family had a wonderful time - we plan to return!!

A wonderful place, perfectly located to visit local sites, get to the beach, or just stay at the house: it is so beautifully furnished with lots of outdoor seating, a well-equipped kitchen if you want to stay in. Lots of modern touches, NEST climate control, at the same time cozy and warm. Two separate floors provide two couples traveling together with plenty of privacy. Well worth the visit.

This home was wonderful! Beautiful views, sunsets over the memorial, comfortable beds, everything was well stocked, close to everything, big heated pool, and so much more!! We highly recommend this home when visiting the OBX!

Gia’s DuckUtopia was everything we hoped it would be! There was something for everyone in my family. Although Gia provided lots of ideas and tips for the area, we loved just hanging out. The views of the sound were amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect. My husband and son enjoyed the kayaks. My husband and daughter also enjoyed fishing for crab. Cleaning up with the outdoor shower after the beach was so easy. We loved all the amenities, especially the kitchen gadgets! All we needed to bring was food and towels for the beach. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We hope to return next year…to finish the ping pong match that got rained out! What a relaxing time! Thanks, Gia!

The condo was very charming with new appointments and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed sunrise each morning and the sound of the waves crashing each night. The kitchen was well equipped and had sufficient space for the two of us. It was also nice to have both a full and half bath as well as a door between the sink area and toilet/shower in the full bath. Having several options for coffee with espresso, drip, and a Keurig was a big plus A few observations we want to share. It would be very tight to fit 6 people in the place but you could comfortably have two couples or a couple with two kids with the second pair on the sleeper sofa. Overall it was a great stay for our anniversary weekend!!!

What a lovely place. We enjoyed three nights of absolute peace and relaxation with an amazing view overlooking the ocean. It felt like an actual home - so comfortable. Mere steps from the beach, which was never very crowded. We were very impressed by how clean and well maintained it was. It looks like it’s been recently renovated, so everything felt very fresh. Nice plush white towels, soft comforters and linens, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. Paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and sponge, trash bags, coffee and filters, salt and pepper, cooking oil, hand soap, etc. were provided. We liked all the little touches, such as labeling the light switches and contents of drawers, and posting signs about how to access the Wi-Fi. We’re strongly considering making this a yearly tradition and would absolutely return to this property!

The location could not be beat! We loved walking to Scarborough Faire and biking to restaurants or the beach. House was clean and stocked well. We would definitely stay again!

Incredible location and views (of sunrises and sunsets); great for kids! There was a problem with the storm door that Katie herself came by to fix when maintenance was unavailable on a holiday weekend :) The place was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the pool was great (opening weekend and very clean). The only thing to note is that this might not be a great place for you if you're sensitive to noise - there was a wedding at one of the huge houses one night under a tent and we could hear every song they played, as well as footsteps from the people staying above us. This isn't a make or break for us, and we would stay at Katie's place again in a heartbeat.

Rick was a gracious host, the location was perfect, place was clean and had everything we could possibly need. We can wait to return in the future

This is our second time here and we love it! We've been visiting OBX for years and this spot is perfect - central to so many OBX favorite spots. It's perfect for a couple or small family. We'll be back I'm sure.

This is a wonderful condo! Gorgeous views and very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!
