This is an old private house built more than 100 years ago, like a Kyoto townhouse, located on the Otaki-jo Castle Town Street, called Boso's Little Edo. Otaki Castle (one of the Tokugawa Ieyasu Shitenno Honda) and nationally designated important cultural properties are preserved, and the old castle town, which is rare in Chiba, spreads nostalgia. The bamboo shoots of Otaki are famous for their low bitterness and delicious taste, and are best eaten from late March to late April.
