Manor Lodge, guesthouse nr Peterborough & Stamford

A lovely visit to the area. Accommodation was gorgeous, clean and very quiet. Lovely pubs nearby. Easy to get to and Leo was brilliant at responding to messages and providing suggestions of places to go. He left leaflets of suggested walks and we did a lovely 5 mile one which we thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely be back.

A beautiful location and perfect flat for a weekend stay. Everything was clean and tidy and Helen's extra touch of breakfast cereals, croissants, yogurts, etc was appreciated. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will book again.

Tranquil Shepherds Hut

ReaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had such a lovely stay, the area was so cute and well laid out. Bed was comfy and it was very cozy in general. The views were stunning! Lots of nature and very tranquil. Really well stocked with equipment we required. All round, a fabulous find. Only issue was the hot water running out a bit quick. Otherwise, I would recommend for anyone who wants a peaceful get-away :)

I stayed in this apartment with my wife and two daughters. I could not recommend this place enough. It is literally a two minute walk to loads of nice bars and restaurants too many to choose from for the two nights stay our hosts were super accommodating and they even had the cushions on the outdoor furniture ready for us when we arrived as it was a lovely sunny day .. that is also a wine merchant just below the Appartment which is full of amazing wines .. would highly recommend this place and we hope to be back

Self-contained village annex

SimonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Many thanks again for a wonderful stay... the entire weekend break while competing at Nene Valley Trails (30km race) and also catching up with my son was perfect. Geoff & Mary were such welcoming / helpful hosts - their immaculate converted annex stable barn is perfectly located to enjoy the delights of this beautiful part of Northamptonshire, and made us feel very much at home. Beautiful Grade II Listed Barn Conversion

HelenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Thank you Olivia and family for an amazing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful property. Duddington is a beautiful village and all the locals were very friendly and welcoming. Your property had everything we needed and the additional extras like the teabags and coffee pods were great. We only needed to bring our food and toiletries everything else was provided. If we are ever looking for somewhere to stay in the area we would definitely book this property again.

Spacious & stylish hayloft with hot tub

EmmaRating, 5 stars13 months ago
The Hayloft is the most stunning place to stay! Homely, spacious, and has everything you need for a lovely trip, including lots of cooking equipment. We thoroughly enjoyed using the hot tub and other outside spaces, made all the better by their cute dogs. Geoff, Sarah and their friend Maxine were amazing hosts — they obviously take great pride in hosting people, and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Geoff's homemade coffee ice cream is delicious! The church is right across the road so you might want to bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper due to the church bells, however we didn't get disturbed by them. We actually slept incredibly well in their comfy bed! The surrounding area is also lovely to explore — we'd recommend a local walk along Kings Cliffs railway path, and a trip to the Finch's Arms pub and Rutland water in general. We hope to come back soon!
