Holiday rentals with beach access in Brooklyn

Great location! Love the water pressure in the shower. This was perfect for my families vacation and appreciate the use of the washer and dryer to go home with clean clothes! Would recommend and stay again

It exceeded our expectations. Exquisitely designed, great location,comfortable, and loved the private rooftop terrace. So close to the beach. We were there in mid May and it was too chilly to enjoy the beach, but the boardwalk walk was beautiful.

I have stayed here a few times and the check-in, communication, and elegance and amenities are top-notch. It’s a great location too on a quiet street. Definitely will stay here in the future. Happy traveler!

Can’t say enough great things about John’s property! Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) loved our long weekend away. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach entrance and walkable to a couple eateries, supermarket and subway. It was spotless, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. Stocked with the basics, nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a couple small questions and couldn’t get over how responsive and nice John and Ashley are. Also super easy check out, which was extra nice. We are already looking forward to booking a trip to come back!

Felt like a real home! Was very pleased upon immediate entry as they included items to accommodate my family specially (baby-proofed doors and stairs, high chair, etc.). Host was always very responsive and friendly. Everything in home was nice and in great condition. We hope to rent this home again in the future!

The house was spacious for the family every floor had a restroom, very convenient the view was awesome from the balcony cute little house! Very quiet neighborhood, people were friendly walking distance to stores & restaurants transportation was close too! Cute little house! Will stay again if decide to go back to visit NY! Michael is very open to whatever is needed to make your stay worthwhile! Thank u Michael again!

We were in the area for the Five Boro Bike Ride and this place was great! It was very well equipped with lots of amenities we enjoyed eating out on the deck and walked one night to nice Mediterranian restaurant. The location for the ride was excellent. it was a 10 to 15 minute bike ride to the start and only 2 miles from the finish. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The icing on the cake was allowing us to return to the house to checkout after the race, especially as we got rained on and really appreciated a quick shower before our drive home. Highly recommend!

Every room was even better than expected: • The infrared sauna in the modern bathroom felt like a luxury spa experience. • The kitchen was sleek, bright, and fully equipped, perfect for quick meals or longer stays. • The bedroom, bathed in soft blue ambient lighting, created the most relaxing sleep environment I’ve had in a while. • The living area was stylish, cozy, and equipped with a large flatscreen TV—ideal for winding down. Anthony was an outstanding host—warm, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Whether you’re traveling for work, wellness, or a quiet getaway, this space delivers on all fronts. I’ll absolutely be back.

Prince was a wonderful host, very responsive and quick to assist with any needs. Spotless house that felt like a home away from home. Gino’s pizza very close by. Quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen, plenty of street parking. 10/10

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described, clean, spacious, organized, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were very responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The location was convenient with great restaurants nearby and plenty of amenities. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience!

Had a wonderful stay at Manuel’s place. He put a lot of hard work into his home and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. And plenty of spacious private parking.. a huge plus for Long Beach!! Would highly recommend and would love to visit again!!
