Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kingsbury

Had a great stay here! Everything is as described and the home was very clean and organized. It’s a huge property and lots of space for larger groups. The beds and the pillows were also very comfortable!

She is so nice and warm host! It is a wonderful house to family trip.

The room was exactly as described. The hosts were friendly and welcoming which made the stay comfortable. The complimentary beverages and breakfast food was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend to others!

This was probably one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The hosts were incredibly kind and we had great conversations. The room was just as described and even though the bathroom was shared, it felt really private. I loved the attention to detail as they had a mini fridge in the room with soda and water and also offered breakfast in their kitchen. The two dogs were just a bonus :) I would definitely recommend and if I‘m ever in the area again I would definitely book again. Thanks!

Such a cozy room and great location, Sabrina was so nice and hospitable. She had great tips for local restaurants and was very quick to respond.

Our stay at this Lake Tahoe home was truly wonderful. The house was spotless, fresh, and incredibly comfortable. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in, with no bugs or lizards anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked and thoughtfully organized, and we appreciated small details like the brand-new sponge and high-quality toiletries. The washer and dryer were a great help after days of hiking. The location was perfect, just minutes from Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and Monkey Rock. The hosts went above and beyond by providing milk, eggs, snacks, beach towels, and beach chairs, along with a handwritten welcome note that made us feel so cared for. Their responsiveness and kindness added so much to our experience. This home was the ideal base for exploring both Incline Village and South Lake Tahoe. We felt completely at ease and truly appreciated the warmth and thoughtfulness in every aspect of the stay. It made our trip incredibly memorable.

We had the best stay with Gail and Ross. They were so welcoming and were so helpful with the best recommendations. It felt like we were staying with family not an air bnb host. Their home was perfect for our stay and the location was great - so close to everything in the South Lake Tahoe area but also a great spot to stay and travel to the other areas of the lake. Their home was clean and inviting, we felt right at home and would not hesitate to stay again when we’re in the area. 10/10

We had a great stay! We've rented many condos in Kirkwood, but this was the most convenient. It's right by the lifts, you get a reserved garage spot, a ski locker big enough for a family, and even a fitness center. With the Murphy bed and fold-out couch, the studio was very efficient, as there was a lot of room once we put the beds away in the morning. We especially loved watching the snow fall and the snow cats work through the window. We'd rent it again anytime!

this place is in a great location. right across from the heavenly gondola. very central to a lot of things tahoe had to offer!

Everything was in good shape! We could tell the home was well loved. It was very convenient for the downhill slopes at Tahoe-donner, and had plenty of games / entertainment options inside, as well as enough space, to handle time indoors. Would recommend, especially for any families with kids.

Kelli and Seth were such great hosts. I felt right at home and there was a lot of room for us to hang out. The breakfast was amazing and made with all fresh ingredients. They have a beautiful home with an amazing outdoor area. I only wish that I could have stayed longer. Their dogs are the cutest and very friendly. I recommend a stay here with Kelli and Seth you would be missing out if you didn’t.

It’s hard to describe how magical Jean and Dave’s place is. The moment you arrive, they great you with a warm pickup and private shuttle to their masterfully crafted log home. From there, you’re escorted to your guest room with a personalized welcome and tour of the home. The surroundings are spectacular and highly recommend if you’re into cross country skiing, snowshoeing or stargazing. As hosts, they are so friendly with helpful recommendations, going out of their way to ensure you’re having a great time. It felt like visiting family- we will be back!

This historic home was absolutely breathtaking. We felt like we took a step back in time, extremely fitting for the beautiful historic town of Virginia city. I definitely plan on coming back!

This was our fourth time in Lake Tahoe, and we always stay here — it’s simply the best! The place is super clean, the host Missy is incredibly friendly and communicative, and the included breakfast was delicious. We also loved the amenities — the chairs, kayaks, and jacuzzi were always clean and available. Highly recommend!
