In addition to numerous area activities including hiking and canoeing, the estate offers salmon fishing beats which are available for guests.

Wagtail have recently been renovated. They are two charming semi detached, single storey barn conversions, set in the idyllic grounds of the owner’s home. Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.
