To me it succeeded beyond my expectations. Even when nature made things go wrong the place was great.

Jose was a wonderful host any issues or problems we had he was open and very responsive. I recommend Jose home as a great place to stay for a vacation and I would definitely book again !

Our second stay was just as good as the first time. The hosts accommodated our fragrance free requests as some of us have extreme allergies. The house is organized and clean.

Excellent stay. Available Netflix guest account already on the tv. Easy to use pool and spa with available accessories like pool noodles. Kitchen stocked with all needed amenities for cooking.

Stayed her a few nights with some friends and had an absolute blast! The house was amazing and we loved the hot tub. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall amazing stay!

Khanh and Ha house was everything my friends and I expected. Decided to do a local bachelor party here in Houston. It was fun! Definitely played pickleball, basketball, and the pool was so nice to jump into after the summer heat. The inside was also awesome! The karaoke room was a great addition to the home. We definitely enjoyed that late at night. All in all awesome home. What’s even better was that khanh and ha were great at communicating. Any time we would have a question it would take no longer than 30 min for them to get back to us if not it was quick. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to other friends and family. This place is just awesome. the pool is next level. plenty of fresh linens and towels in each bathroom and by the pool. David ( the host)is very responsive and helpful. the only negative is the outdoor kitchen wasn't operational. But we didn't really care because everything else was so great. We plan on renting this property for all our future trips to the area.

Our group had such a great time here, the whole house was clean and comfortable. There were so many fun amenities that kept us entertained during our stay but our favorites were definitely basketball and the pool. The space was perfect for the 9 of us and we would absolutely book this place again!

Marinas place was amazing! The house was beautiful and clean. We didn’t really need to leave the property. Everything we needed was already provided!! Not to mention the amazing pool!! We would absolutely stay here again.

Jamison was a wonderful host! I booked their Airbnb for my wedding weekend. Jamison was kind enough to add some personal touches around the house, which made the weekend even more special. The location was perfect as well. Only a 5 min drive from our wedding venue and a very short drive to Rosewater for some craft cocktails to end the night with family and friends. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Clear Lake!

Stephanie was very attentive from start to finish. I felt right at home from the beginning of the trip all the way to the end. If you want to focus on your trip and not have to deal with any headaches about your stay this is the place and host for you. 10/10 I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place was beautiful! We took our seniors for their Senior Class Trip. Bryan was very accommodating. We unexpectedly needed to check in earlier than planned. He worked it out with no issues. The kids loved the pool and fire pit. We couldn’t keep most of them off the ping pong table. We had a few bumps while there. The washer and stove went out. However, Bryan was very proactive. He had someone there in no time. He also checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going well! This is what a Airbnb stay should be like. Sure, everything will not be perfect. But with a host like this, it sure felt like it!!! Thanks again for the beautiful stay!

Great place, very clean

Melissa’s home is BEAUTIFUL. I worked from the dining room on Friday and we spent the evenings watching movies in the living area, and it felt very homey. The bathroom was fantastic as well and everything was spotless and comfortable. This is not a place for little kids, being a townhouse with open stairs, but it was a perfect retreat for us.

I will definitely be staying here again. If you wish to relax this place is for you. Keep in mind that this is a family neighborhood so you will hear the kiddos doing their thing around check in. I rate this spot a 10 being exactly what you need when you need it.

I stay at a lot of rental properties and this place was by far the cleanest! I appreciate the attention to detail and the hosts going above and beyond! The area is nice and feels safe! I found good local food close by each night. Also, it is quite close to Bush International airport. I full recommend this place for your next visit to Spring/North Houston! Thank yall!

This stay was absolutely perfect for us. It’s a very serene environment and feels far from the hustle and bustle of the city. In reality, there’s lots to do around the area and this is the perfect place to relax after a long day.
