Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kini

Nektarios’ place was the PERFECT first place to stay on our honeymoon. The place is private but still close to the main city in Naxos, which made getting around easy. We had some flight issues and he was so flexible with our changing arrival times. Nektarios picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the port at the end of our (way too short!! Book more than 3 days for sure!!) stay. He had a ton of restaurant recommendations, which we took, and which did not disappoint. On arrival, he had some fresh fruit from his family’s farm for us, and on our second night he brought up some dessert and raki that his wife had made. It was delicious and such a kind and welcoming gesture. The place is exactly as pictured, and the view!! Amazing. We enjoyed taking in the subset from the hot tub on the balcony. I will absolutely book with Nektarios again when we come back to Naxos. Worth every penny!

Alex, our host, was fantastic! He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The place was like a dream, just a few blocks from coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We didn't even want to leave the apartment, as we enjoyed the views, fresh air, and light from every corner of the unit. We highly recommend it. It's the perfect location to explore the island

Super nice and responsive host! We had fresh flowers upon arrival and the host even brought us fruits from her garden! Convenient location to explore the city center. At the corner of 2 small roads with little traffic. Beautifully decorated, highly recommend

It was a great place to stay! Full kitchen, 2 beds with their own bathrooms and a half bath for guests. Plenty of space inside and out. Plus he has a sound system with both indoor and outdoor speakers. This is one villa he uses as an AirBnB out of three on that street, each one has its own electric gate along with a main gate to gain access to all three. The area is private and relatively quiet and clean. This was my second time back to Mykonos and my third time in Greece. I would 100% stay here again or in one of the other villas he owns.

Book this NOW. This was hands down our favorite stay on our 2 week honeymoon in Greece. The location is peaceful and at the top of a cliff with the most stunning sunsets. The patio is airy, spacious and bright. Our room was cleaned daily. We rented an atv to explore the island (highly recommend). Our first night we ordered in pizza and wine and watched the sunset from the hot tub. Maria (the property manager) was quickly responsive and gave us lots of great suggestions. She was so friendly and accommodating. I don’t really even know how to explain how wonderfully peaceful this airbnb was - if I could have stayed another week here I would have - I watched the sunrise every morning with a coffee & a book and stretched in the hot tub. Side note: turn on the hot water an hour before if you want to shower longer than 5 minutes.

The Airbnb was absolutely perfect with beautiful views over the town. The hill is steep but not bad. The place has lots of room and everything you need for a short stay!

The property is everything the HOST describes — and our first impression was “wow” ,,, it is updated in amenities AND the view is fabulous. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, the easy walk to restaurants on the water, and the great service and support from Katerina. She is a “super-host” and makes it a priority to provide attention to your interests and activities— we loved our time with this property and definitely recommend other guests to schedule a reservation.

Absolutely Breathtaking Stay! Our experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of incredible. The place itself is absolutely breathtaking. The view is truly amazing, and honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by George, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He took the time to walk us through all the details of the house, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Throughout our stay, George was extremely responsive. Any time we had a question, he answered immediately and was always helpful. The chauffeur services he arranged were excellent and made getting around so convenient. George even took the time to say goodbye to us in person, which meant a lot. We truly didn’t want to leave and only wish we had stayed longer. This is a place we would absolutely love to return to. Highly recommend!! Thank you, George, for making our stay so special. Your hospitality and kindness made this trip unforgettable.

The two of us stayed in Maria Christina's house for 14 days and felt very comfortable there. This is a detached house in a beautiful hillside location on the edge of the bay of Kini above the pier, 200 meters to the sandy beach. Access via a relatively steep stone staircase (about 70 steps), a bit difficult with luggage. With the rental car you can drive up to the stairs on the jetty, stop briefly and unload. Free parking is available in the village. The house has 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, a small living room and a large kitchen superbly equipped for self-catering. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and from everywhere you have a great view of the bay of Kini. The bathroom is stylish in concrete look, but relatively small for more than 2 people. Everything looks freshly renovated. There are 3 terraces, a balcony and a well-kept garden. Kini and the place were perfect for us, as was the contact with the landlady.

We had an amazing time in Tinos thanks in part to an amazing home base. Gorgeous views , comfortable, convenient to town and a super lovely responsive host.

We had an incredible week at this beautiful home. It’s close to cliff side swimming and a small sandy beach. The views are unbeatable. Highly recommend this place!!

We stayed at Antonio’s’ for 8 nights; I think it wasn’t until we left that we fully appreciated what a privilege it had been to stay there. Luxury accommodation it is not, but instead there is peace and privacy with a beautiful outlook & the sound of the sea. We only left the accommodation a few times, once to get shopping from the town (it’s a bus ride away), & a few times to walk to a sandy beach 10 minutes down the road. The rest of our stay we were content to use the pebbly cove by the house & to sit in the garden and read, accompanied by four entertaining young cats. There is a taverna across the road which serves excellent food but unfortunately no shop in the area (closed for the season). Antonis was a great host, he collected us from the port & took us to a supermarket for supplies. He lives behind the property so was on hand if needed, but not intrusive. The house itself is spacious with quiet air con & all the essentials for keeping clean (hot water) & basic self-catering.

We spent 6 wonderful nights at John’s place. The location cannot be beaten, a mere 3min walk to the best swimming spot in Ermoupoli (possibly the world) and less than 10mins walk into town for wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, delis, fruit & vegetable markets and fashion shops. The apartment was excellently appointed with everything you could need for a stay. The kitchen in particular had everything we needed and the washing machine and drying line on the balcony was so helpful for wet bathers and towels. The bed was so comfortable and the apartment makes great use of the cross winds, meaning that we never needed to use the air conditioning. We loved the little balcony for breakfasts and sunset drinks. John was a delightful and helpful host - nothing was too much trouble and everything had a “solution”! Thank you John, we will be back! Great house with plenty of space and many balconies to have a meal or just hang out. Lovely hosts, very helpful and responsive. The house is super close to the local beach and not far from a small cafe. The AC was a must in August as it gets quite hot. Everything was great, although the only suggestion we would make is add a second toilet somewhere else than in the single bathroom as it can get ‘logistically’ complicated with large groups. Thanks!

Our stay at this lovely cottage in Tinos was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the peacefulness that surrounded us. Nestled in a quiet corner of the island, the cottage offered a true retreat from the noise and pace of everyday life. We especially loved spending time outdoors, soaking in the silence and the view, accompanied only by the sounds of nature. If you’re looking for a peaceful sanctuary in Tinos where you can relax, breathe, and simply be, this cottage is the perfect place. We left feeling recharged, grateful, and already dreaming of our return.

As we got to the location Maria was waiting to welcome us. We directly felt this is the place for us to relax and recharge. The house was perfectly located with the most breathtaking view of the deep blue waters of this small amazing almost private bay. It was super clean, perfectly equipped and made with so much love. Maria thought about every little detail which made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. The small shop at the reception offered a nice selection of local wines and they were all very tasty. Maria and her assistant were both attentive and helpful, answered every question within minutes and made sure we have all we need. You have to consider that this place is super isolated. You will have to get a car to get some groceries or to get to the next restaurant or cafe. For us it was exceptional to be out of any busy touristic place so we could enjoy the magic of Greek nature to the fullest. We will be back thank you so much for the hospitality Maria.

Graciela was a great host. She cleaned the pool every morning, which was perfect for our kids, and gave us lots of tips for things to do on Syros. The house had everything we needed and we fehlt very comfortable. We'd love to come back!

Antonis and dimitra are great hosts, they gave us recommendations on places to visit and also collected us from the port. The house is in an amazing location and in walking distance of supermarket and main town and bars ect. The house was cleaned throughout the week and amenities are provided. Only thing I would say is the kitchen is quite basic and could be improved, apart from that it was an amazing stay thank you!!

We were attracted by the old charm of this beautiful house and it's mature gardens when we found the listing but nothing had prepared us for the deeply moving experience of inhabiting this work of art. It was a feast for the senses and we hardly wanted to leave the property to explore the island durring our 10 day stay. It is an artists' house best enjoyed by other artists and all those who cannot live without beauty and can see past the odd inconvenience of a preloved space.

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful typical, comfortable, large house with plenty of outdoor spaces and very well designed for several families. The view is incredible from everywhere, very nice pool in a beautiful and quiet environment while being only 10 minutes from the pretty Kivi station with beaches and restaurants, supermarket. Essential car Dimitri on site is full of good advice and very responsive if needed. Hoping to get back to Syros and Dani soon.

We’d give 10 stars if we could - Antonia was wonderful and the place was even better than the photos. We loved our stay on Tinos and will definitely go back and we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else! We hired a car which was great so we could visit some of the beautiful villages and beaches but loved coming back to Carpe Diem and the wonderful pool and views. Thank you Antonia for your hospitality- we are missing you already!

The home and grounds were just as appeared in photos. A modern home built in classical style and old world quality sitting upon immaculate grounds. Korina, the owner stays on the lower level and is always available to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and to make sure everything is in order with the home. Our stay was a much needed treat in luxury, peace and tranquility.

The place is beautiful! The photos don't honor the reality of the view and the interior layout. Dimitris was very welcoming and always good advice, and Litha was very responsive in terms of communication. We recommend without hesitation!

Tinos itself and Caren’s house were extraordinary. Authentic and beautiful. The house, garden and pool area were designed with style and surrounded by breathtaking nature. We had a wonderful time and Tinos island surprised us with many amazing spots. Carol was very friendly and allowed us to feel like at home in her own house. It is not an easy thing to do. There were some additional little things that brought extra value for me - like scented washing gels or yoga mat left for us to use. I highly recommend the place. The morning showers with the view on the valley will forever stay in my heart. If you look for a house with soul - do not hesitate
