The small 3-room house with simple but loving furnishings is located at the foot of the Swabian Alb (Hohenneuffen Castle/Beuren thermal bath/Beuren open-air museum/HW5/ Outlet City Metzingen) and is within walking distance from the nearby train station. Cafes, bakeries and supermarkets are nearby.

Unser Ferienhaus hat eine Wohnfläche von 70 qm. Es liegt am Ortsrand vom Luftkurort Westerheim auf 823 m Höhe. In der Nachbarschaft sind Gewerbebetriebe, die jedoch nur wenig Lärm verursachen. Das Haus ist komplett 150 cm hoch eingezäumt. Direkt vom Haus weg führen Wanderwege und im Winter bei Schnee wird auch eine Loipe gespurt.
