Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the previous village before coming to Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There are 1 container and 1 house in the same area. It's a virgin place at the foot of the Logos forests. There are fields, fruit trees, fire fields in the land. The stream flows through the land. It is 2 minutes by car and 20 minutes by foot to the village center. There are also 5 to 8 acres of land around it, sparse houses. It is a small cumin of photographers, painters and designers.

A spacious two-story cottage is surrounded by lush greenery and wildflowers. The building features a pitched roof, supported by wooden beams, and a welcoming porch. Nearby trees provide a natural backdrop, enhancing the tranquil village atmosphere.
