Charming chalet in peaceful rural location.

Our chalet is in our large, well managed garden. While it is near our house and we are happy to chat, we always respect peoples privacy. This is a very peaceful place where you can sit outside and watch the flames of the fire pit at night or stay in and have a cosy evening. Our neighbours are all of the four legged variety so some countryside noises are to be expected but the cows love to come and greet you at the wall. Parking space in garden

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Situated on a family farm surrounded by wildlife such as protected ospreys and red kites. Two miles outside Castle Douglas food town, embedded amongst lovely local walks and attractions. We are also only 6 miles from the gorgeous town of Kirkcudbright with a range of lovely shops and eateries at the harbour front. This is the perfect peaceful and cosy getaway!
