The SAZÜ guesthouse is recommended for those who want to slow down from the rush of everyday life to the simplicity of the moment and enjoy the sun, the soft breeze and the birdsong. The whole house and the surrounding winery are solar-powered. The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

This is a stunning, newly-built and newly furnished, open plan apartment on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to its private garden and patio. The apartment is built on a slope, into the hill and it is truly relaxing. It is located in the picturesque Fonyódliget, surrounded by nature and hiking paths. The beach is less than 5 – 10 minutes walk away and Fonyód town centre is about a 15-20 minutes relaxing stroll by the lake.

A Balaton partjától- a platánfás szabadstrandtól 300 méterre található az apartmanunk. Biztosítunk vendégeink számára zárt, -kamerával őrzött parkolót, ingyenes wifi-t, kerékpárokat, napozóágyakat, strandjátékokat (tollas-labda, matracok, vizi-játékok), és van grillezési lehetőség.
