Recently renovated basement apartment with separate entrance, a double bed and a pull-out sofa. The kitchen has an electric hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. Our bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Parking is available free of charge in the courtyard behind the house. Within 100 meters of the apartment there is a grocery store, doctor's office, pharmacy, confectionery, playground. The train station is 10 minutes on foot.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
