Excellent view and easy to get to from the train. Nice central location in city

I didn't realise it was a 2 unit home but it worked for me and the group I travelled with. it was super convenient, located next to the bus stop which made it easy to get to the train station super quickly. Chihirock's team was able to communicate with us really quickly which was great if there were any problem in the home. The windows are...thin, so if you don't mind the occasional loud noise outside this is a good place to stay that's out of the central area. 😊

Très bon logement dans un quartier résidentiel. Tout le nécessaire à Proximité dont un grand supermarché et le Métro à 10 min à pieds. L'hôte a été très réactif et nous avons bien échangé avant et pendant le séjour.

首先给好评因为真的回答非常及时，每一个问题都帮着认真解决，当我预订餐厅没有成功的时候从中帮解决很多问题，非常客观的评价这个卫生非常干净，卫生间是干湿分离的，空间在东京住这个价位算很大了，冰箱微波炉洗衣机等等什么都有，轨道离住宿是很近，但是记得要把窗户关严之后有个小扣钮锁住声音就会很小很小，我睡眠质量很好所以对我没有影响，我也没有带耳机，一开始路过附近虽然会有一些按摩场所有些戒备，但是从来没有看见过任何一个醉酒的人或者大声喧哗的甚至让我怀疑为什么这样安静🤣，下地铁走路过去要八分钟左右，附近有各种便利店，还有堂吉柯德，最后觉得承包出去洗的床单被罩一定要烘干之后再往上套，有可能我们那天有雨返潮，开上空调暖风通上风第二晚上才好

When me & my friends saw this place we instantly love the aesthetic it felt like Vouge/aesop/archidigest. Such a beautiful space traditionally with a morden touch! Beds were comfy,kitchen was great & the tatami experience. Washing machine was really handy too! Private, quiet apartment accessible to few train stations. Walking distance & easy to get to Disneyland too! Nice cityside not too far from tourist attractions🥰 felt locally right at home! Easily able to get good food at night as well. Highly recommend this place & thank you Masaki for the caring responses. A very warm welcome from the fridge too🩷 Loveliest apartment great for 3-4 pax

Has everything you could wish for, you do not have to bring your own office equipment since there is big variety of equipment already provided. Would come again :)

Great value. It was nice to be a little out of the main tourist areas, but still have easy access to restaurants and train stations. The bed was comfy and the room was well-equipped.

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Susumu's place has a great location! Very easy walk from the station, near lots of restaurants and convenience stores, and also very near the beautiful Kyu-Furukawa gardens. 😍 Apartment itself was lovely. The toilet and bathroom area are separate and are a bit small so it's something to keep in mind if you're on the taller or bigger side. Susumu as a host is very friendly and accommodating. The home guide located in the apartment was very helpful. There is no ramp or elevator up to the apartment so that's something to keep in mind if you're going to bring big or many luggages on your stay.

4명이 지냈는데 너무 만족스러웠어요. 샤워실2칸 욕조1칸 화장실2칸이 있어서 여러 명이 동시에 씻는 것이 가능했습니다. 여러 편의 물품이 잘 구비되어있고, 숙소는 아주 깔끔했어요.

This apartment is well located and Ikebukuro is a great base. We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is spacious by Japanese and the balcony and rooftop a special bonus. Note the two single beds as we would have preferred an option.

Sehr einfach zu finden und die Lage war für mich sehr gut. Es hatte alles was ich benötigte und zudem alles sehr sauber. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

超级超级超级好！我一进房间就萌生了“如果这是我家就好了”的想法，布置很精美，房间设计也很好👍👍我也想把家里的浴室弄成这样。空间也很大，设备崭新、齐全，都是很好的家具。太喜欢了，附近也很方便，早上在阳台还能看到学生们步行上学，比住酒店更有体验感。 可惜这次行程比较赶，呆在民宿的时间比较短，下次项目安排少一些，多花一点时间和朋友在民宿里玩好了👻👻

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

We were happy to stay here as it felt like home . Supermarket and station are close by which makes it easier and comfortable to stay . Host was always responsive and helped us with all the necessary information we needed . Thank you and we would want to visit your place again

距離北池袋站只是幾分鐘路程，由車站行到住處已有間細細的aeon超市，民宿比較大，客廳開3個大喼都可以，浴室範圍亦大，住得舒適，由住處行到JR池袋站那邊不到30分鐘，屋主會主動問我們有何需要，很好，唯一不足就是枕頭太軟

Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. The locality is wonderful, authentic, and homely! love the train station vibes on slow afternoons. it has everything you need! Thank you Pearl for a wonderful stay 😊

This place was great for us for a couple of nights. The air conditioner was amazing after a long day walking through Tokyo. The host was so nice and easy to talk to. Loved it!

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Eric is a nice host and he provided a comfortable room. I highly recommend his airbnb because of the supplies that are available in the hotel and the peaceful streets.

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.
