The small roof blends in with the neighborhood's appearance, while the metal facade creates a vivid contrast with its surroundings. At the same time, the concept of "co-housing" combines independent units that ensure privacy with a central garden that encourages interaction between residents. Our building has received numerous honors, including the ArchDaily 2023 Annual Architecture Nomination, the 2022 Good Design Award, the January 2023 cover of SPACE Magazine in Korea, and the November 2023 cover of Wallpaper Magazine.

It takes only 1 - 2 min walk from the station to the apartment. There are convenience stores, grocery stores and local restaurants nearby! BIO is a part of a complex called “KITA-no-Kita-Nagaya” has realized a new method for reusing old wooden houses. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. My house is located just 15 mins walking distance from JR Osaka Sta. The closest stations are Nakatsu Subway Sta. and Nakatsu Hankyu Sta. It is located in a quiet and local neighborhood; a perfect location for those who wants to base in Osaka and visit Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. Also, it is a space for those who appreciates art, interior design and architectures. To make sure all my guests' safety and health, I will do my best to provide you with a clean and safe residential environment.

The room is a Ｇuest Ｈouse opened(started) in March, 2017 which refurbished apartment. It is a private room. Ideal for family members and friends. Of course available also welcome in one person! It is a 2-minute walk from the nearest station (JR Fukushima Station, JR Shin-fukushima Station, Hanshin Train Fukushima Station) to your room, and you can go to Osaka station at 1 stop(station). You can also go to USJ at 3 stops so it is very accessible! We have a security camera installed.

It is located a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Shin-Osaka Station, a bullet train station. This is a detached house that is rare in Shin-Osaka. It was renovated using mainly natural materials. I would be happy if you could enjoy indirect lighting and other lighting as well. The bed and some types of pillows are comfortable and the bed sheets are silky satin. And home appliances are the latest and functional. Reception hours are 9:00-21:00 Japan time.
