It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. We live in the same apartment, so if anything happens, we will take care of it right away. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station About 20 minutes on foot from Kita24jo Station on the Nanboku Subway Line It's a little inconvenient. There are few drive streets and you can stay quiet. This room has a good view. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place for living. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. The sofa bed is 170cm. ☆Transportation We will pick you up at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay as much as possible. Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor.
