New opening at the end of April 2026! The space is approximately 300 m². We renovated a building that was originally a guesthouse and converted it into an entire-unit rental accommodation. The living room and dining room are at least 25 tatami mats!There are four types of Yogibo, as well as hammocks and hanging chairs! Five air conditioners installed! From July 1st There is a barbecue area on the terrace directly accessible from the dining area.It has a roof, so you can rest easy on rainy days!(Snow may accumulate from December to March.) There is also a Finnish sauna on the 1st floor! The TV is a huge 85-inch model! Guests can also enjoy a fire in the wood-burning stove. There are 9 rooms in total. 23 beds in all rooms. A Nintendo Switch 2 is set up in the living room! You can play Mario Kart and Mario Party. There are seven modular bathtubs available.One of the baths is directly connected to the sauna, making it perfect for a cold plunge!There's also an ice maker, so it's perfect for those who prefer a cold water bath!We also have comfortable chairs available! We also have four cassette stoves available. In addition to grilled, takoyaki, and teppanyaki dishes, we also have a wide variety of tableware. There are also three washing machines and dryers. Please enjoy the great outdoors at an altitude of 1,500 meters.

Happy House is about a 30-minute drive or 15 minutes by train from Karuizawa, a summer resort, and is located in a secluded spot in Miyotamachi. It's the perfect log house for groups of friends, families with kids, solo travelers, and workers!　 From the skylight on the second floor, you can see the majestic Mt. Asama to the north, Mt. Hirao to the south, and the starry sky at night. Outside, you can use the barbecue grill on the roofed terrace. You can use it for an optional ¥2,000 per use. To bathe in the firewood-fired large pine bath in the separate building, the option is available for 3,000 yen. Please book by 12: 00 on the day. Please enjoy the use of the firewood stove for an option fee of ¥1,000. Please pay for each option in cash or PayPay at check-in. 　Nearby, a 6-minute drive away, is Hirao Onsen "Miharashi no Yu", which has an excellent view. In addition, Omogae is located in a scenic environment, near the Tsuyukiri Gorge, where the Yukawa River a first-class river that starts from Karuizawa's Shiraito Falls and connects the Chikuma River to the Shinano River. You can stroll around in about 40 minutes.

Capsule House-K, a monumental capsule house in nature designed by Kisho Kurokawa

CAPUSULE HOUSE-K is a private house designed by Kisho Kurokawa. It was created based on the concepts of Metabolism and Homo Mobius. This building is composed of the same capsules as the Chugin Capsule Tower Building, which is also a metabolism building, and was completed in 1973, the year after the building was completed. Until now, it has been open only to a few people and was a little-known building, but in 2019, the restoration was started by Kisho Kurokawa's son, and now it is open to the public with the interior of that time.
