The cozy living room area has a midcentury modern leather couch and a coffee table with lift top for working. Climb the stair ladder to the loft bunkbed area with 2 queen beds.

Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

North side deck has the Creek just below. A grassy sand beach along the creek , with picnic table and firepit at your disposal. Freshly updated one bedroom bungalow with two decks awaits you. All new interior boasts a 2 person shower, beautiful queen poster bed with deluxe mattress. TV, Wifi & land line.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Sunny, comfortable Upper duplex within walking distance of Evergreen Lake. Two private bedrooms and a separate private room with a sofa bed. There is a Washer and Dryer in the home as well. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all necessities. Our location provides wonderful access to the Golf Course, recreation centers, Skiing, Pickleball and Red Rocks. A short walk brings you to Evergreen Lake where you can easily walk around the lake or stroll for coffee in downtown Evergreen.

Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry
