Unsere familiär geführte Pension liegt im Zentrum von Brixen im Thale direkt im Herz der Kitzbühler Alpen. Alle Zimmer sind mit Dusche WC Tv und Wlan ausgestattet. Durch unsere Zentrale Lage sind wir bestens mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen . Die Haltestellen sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Unser Haus ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radausflüge. Schwimmbad/Badesee und die Freizeitanlagen befinden sich ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. In der Saison verwöhnen wir Sie gere in unserem Café.

You'll feel right at home in our quiet yet centrally located accommodation with a small garden terrace. Situated on the edge of the forest, you can start your hikes directly from the property. The swimming pool with its natural lake and the tennis courts are just a 5-minute walk away. Within a 15 km radius, you'll find 5 golf courses, and the area is ideal for biking, even with kids. The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Panorama/Relaxation room Our panorama rooms offer stunning views of the mountains from their balconies. The relaxation room has a balcony with fresh forest air and a bathtub. Breakfast with mountain views is always included. The wellness area awaits you after an active day. In summer, enjoy the heated pool with underwater lighting, and in winter, enjoy free entry to the Panorama Bathing World. Whether hiking, skiing or simply doing nothing-your holiday will feel just right.

The Kitzbühel Alps offer everything you need for your alpine holiday, including the Tyrolean comfort: a hike to the Kitzbüheler Horn, a bike tour through beautiful Tyrol or a visit to idyllic Kitzbühel. After an exhausting day, you can relax in one of the two in-house saunas or you can visit the modern wellness complex of the Panorama Badewelt in St. Johann in Tyrol. The best thing at the end: As a guest of the COOEE alpin Hotel, your entry to the Badewelt is FREE!

Zum Frühstück gibt’s regionale Köstlichkeiten und natürlich den Hofeigenen Käse welcher im Sommer auf der Ascherjochalm hergestellt wird!
