Short distances make the car superfluous in order to make the most of the generous leisure activities in Brixen im Thale in summer and winter. Many facilities, such as a supermarket, tobacconist and bakery, are within easy walking distance. Bookings in winter from 6 nights and in summer from 5 nights are possible. No child discount! Arrival and departure in winter only on Saturday. Arrival in summer only Friday, Saturday and Monday.

The "Hirscherl" studio in Koasaburg awaits you at 1200 m at the middle station of the Harschbichl cable car. Hiking trails, a mountain bike trail, a high ropes course with a flying fox over the Angerer-Alm mountain lake, a Mountain Card trail and the slopes of the St. Johann in Tirol ski resort start right in front of the property. Enjoy the unique view of the valley and the Wilder Kaiser from your own balcony or window.

The apartment is located in a cozy, quaint Tyrolean country house and is equipped with a large balcony on the south side. A cozy, fully equipped apartment awaits you. The living area is furnished with a large kitchen block and a comfortable living area with TV. The bedroom has a large double bed and a folding double bed for 2 persons, a TV and an attached bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is free in all areas.

Our vacation apartment 10 in the house Alpenlodge offers you the perfect place for a time out! This 22.00 m², comfortable and modern equipped vacation home is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) in the tranquil Tyrolean resort of Landl, about 7 minutes by car from the beautiful Thiersee and an hour's drive from Munich. The vacation apartment offers a living-bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

Single apartment in the house directly on the lake

The 1-room apartment Silberdistel with mountain view offers on 18 m² a living/bedroom with integrated dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed with footboard as well as a bathroom with shower, WC & hairdryer. The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.

The playground is closed in winter, but sledges, toboggans, and snow discs are always available.
