Roy’s Caribou Cottage is simply fantastic. My husband and I were very pleased with this stay. The cottage is warm and cozy, modern, and well stocked. Specifically, it’s very well equipped for cooking and relaxing. It’s quite big with comfortable beds and fresh towels. In addition, the cottage is spotless - so very clean. There are two big bathrooms, four bedrooms, a living room area, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Roy is quick to respond to any questions and is attentive, friendly, and available. My husband and I were catching the 8:30pm train from Churchill to Winnipeg and Roy let us stay (extra) that day without additional charge until our train departed, which was abundantly kind of him. Thank you, Roy, for such a nice experience. We will be sure to stay with you if we ever return to Churchill…. perhaps a summer trip!

Great cabin for me and my husband plus our dogs. Was nice and clean cozy fire pit area. Was enough parking for our truck and boat. Definitely will book again in the future.

Avneet is an excellent host, and their place is wonderful. Communication was consistently easy; we always received quick responses to our questions and needs. We're especially grateful to Avneet because when we mentioned potentially extending our stay, they blocked off potential extension dates for us until we decided, making our extended stay very easy– thank you so much! The house is generously equipped with absolutely everything you could need, even for longer visits, and it's very spacious. We really valued the nice touches like the phone chargers, the kitchen spices, and the convenience of the large appliances. We were so comfortable that we truly wanted to stay longer, but it was already booked.
