The beach cottage has 1 room and a sauna. The hot tub is available with a separate agreement and weather permitting, a surcharge of 130 €/week. Amenities: electricity, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, running water from a borehole, fireplace. The place is available from the beginning of October to the middle of December and again from the end of February to the end of April.

A rowing boat with a 6 hp motor is included, and a 150 hp boat can be rented with a separate agreement.

Kaunis ja kompakti arkkitehdin luoma mökki Soinissa Ulvon kylällä vieraita varten. Täällä aika hidastuu ja mieli lepää. Asuinalaa on yht. 30 m², saunan iso IKI-kiuas antaa pehmeät löylyt. Ylhäisessä yksinäisyydessään kallio tontilla sijaitseva kokonaisuus. Vesistön ainoa mökki, joten täällä olet oikeasti omassa rauhassa ilman mitään häiriötä. Lapsi ystävällinen hiekkaranta ja hyvät marjametsät aivan vieressä. Nukkumatilaa hyvin, niin mökissä, nukkumakodassa, kuin saunamökissäkin. Innokkaimmat yöpyvät toki laavussa jäkälien ja sammaleen peittämän vuoren huipulla. Kantovesi mutta vesisäiliö ja hana käytössä (lähde 300m), kompostoiva Biolan sisä wc. Kaasu uuni, ja jääkaappi.
