Monthly Rentals in Kiyose

This home was perfect for us! We were so comfortable and felt right at home. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was in such a great location to be able to hop on the train to go shopping and get great food. Plus it was a quick walk to the conbini which was a huge help! The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt safe there. Kat responded almost immediately to all of my messages. We had to extend for another night and got it extended within 5 minutes!! I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend Kat as a host 😃

The room was exactly as described, the host super nice and flexible. The room is above a really nice bar, and surprisingly there is no noise at all! However, the room is pretty far from the center, around 45 mins from Shinjuku. So it depends on what you're looking for!

A comfortable, cozy and private Japanese home tucked away in a quiet small street in a lovely area. Fans of Studio Ghibli will love the small figures you can find around the house. The host and co-hosts were very punctual with responses and I had no issues staying here. Amenities were easy to use. I had the pleasure of meeting the host, Kato in person. He spoke great English, was friendly and I was able to ask some additional questions about the stay. There is a family mart convenience store only a few minutes away from the home and is near the allocated guest parking, which is easy to find. I find myself looking forward to another stay here in the future!

The interior was new and clean.Communication went smoothly. It is a room on the third floor, but there are only stairs, so it is very difficult to get on and off if you have a large suitcase.There is only room to spread out one suitcase. The soundproofing was not good, so I often woke up in the middle of the night with a fire truck and ambulance siren.I think it would be nice for light sleepers to have earplugs, etc.
