The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Immenstadt ist ca. 2km entfernt und bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Cafes und Gaststätten in seiner historischen Altstadt mit dem Marienplatz . Ein Fußweg verbindet die beiden Orte. Bühl mit seinen vielen Freizeit-Attraktionen ist ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Sommer sowie Winter werden viele Sportaktivitäten angeboten: Segeln, Ski fahren (Lifte gut mit PKW erreichbar) Langlauf, Wasserski, wandern, Sommerrodelbahn uvm.

Servus im Alpenu, unserem kleinen Hideaway auf 1.044 Metern Seehöhe in den Allgäuer Alpen. Wir haben mit viel Liebe aus einer ehemaligen Alphütte ein kleines Refugium für - bis zu vier Erwachsene und - bis zu vier Kinder geschaffen. Viel Holz, Glas, Stein und Herzblut wurden hier bis ins kleinste Detail verarbeitet und man kann hier völlig ungestört durchatmen und den Alltag hinter sich lassen.
