Our cozy, bright attic apartment is a place for relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparation is possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians approx. 5 min., University 15 min. Exhibition grounds approx. 7 min.

Living and sleeping area are delimited by the comfortable, elevated seating position of the dining table bar to the kitchen area. Everything you need in terms of inventory for your stay is available. A cozy double bed (1,60 cm) with shared mattresses promises quiet sleep. The bath with glass shower is newly expanded and chic.

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree.
