Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, a living and dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without any problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

An ideal location for hiking on foot and stopping in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Our spacious, bright apartment is in a quiet location, overlooking nature. It is in the district of Hördt, about 7 km from Germersheim. Close to Speyer/Karlsruhe/Landau. It has 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), open dining and living room with sofa bed (extendable), kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is about 68 sqm and is located on the ground floor. In the nature reserve outside the door, you can relax. Nature lovers will also enjoy themselves here.
