Steeped in history and oozing character, it dates back to the 18th century. Vaulted ceilings and old beams frame the bedrooms which are furnished with an ornate bed/sofa bed/Egyptian cotton bed linen in a combination of dusky pinks/greys all in a shabby chic style. You can also hop on the train and be in central london in about 1.5 hours. We have a comfy double bed, en-suite, antique desk, and plenty of books to relax with. You’ll also have use of a patio outside which enjoys the evening sun. There’s a small kitchenette with kettle, toaster and microwave - so perfect for a couple of days.
