Holiday rentals with beach access in Ko Yao District

Darinee is a very great woman who made our stay very special. We felt very comfortable since the first second. The room was cleaned every day and we were given support in every way. It was exactly what we imagined, a quiet place where we could relax. 5 min to the most beautiful beach, thanks to Darin's recommendation. We will definitely be back.

Such a lovely thought out property with all the amenities required for either a short/long stay. Access to a jacuzzi and rooftop gym and direct access to the beach which was the highlight of this property. Lots of shops, restaurants and money exchanges hereby. I would recommend you take the taxi service offered, it make things easy and similar to what a Grab would cost but the service is exceptional. Communication was easy, detailed and proactive. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend as this one if the best Airbnbs I've stayed in, in Thailand. They're thoughtful enough to provide free snacks I would have extended my stay but there was no availability I'll definitely be returning at somepoint

Unreal location right on the beach with shops and restraunts around

Very private. Even common swimming pool was empty for most of the time. Very close to the beach. The water in the sea is clear. Planty of restaurants and almost no people. Ideal for somebody who want to chill.

Great spot to stay right on the beach for a reasonable price! Highly recommend for that beach vibe.

It was great to stay with Ruddy, we had our own bedroom above the restaurant with a massive double bed. Everything was super clean on arrival and it felt very luxurious. He gave great recommendations of things to do in Phuket and on the nearby islands. The room is very larger and the pictures don't quite to that justice! The bed was super comfortable and we felt very safe there. The main town of Phuket is only a cab drive away so if you have the grab app this will be just over 200b per trip.

Stayed for 2 weeks in this amazing property. Spectacular view, 5-7 minutes to the beautiful and not overcrowded beach. Very convenient to get to other islands almost from the doorstep. Jason is very kind and helpful. The location is perfect for a quiet escape.

I’d like to express my gratitude & appreciation to Siriporn, the apartment was lovely & gave a relaxing atmosphere, A/C was fabulous. Large bathroom. Siriporn kindly provided water, local/homegrown fruits both days we stayed which was an added & unexpected surprise which was greatly accepted especially being a lover of fruits. Sitting area down by the sea was amazing for watching huge bats fly by & land right in front on the trees on the hill to the sea & the most beautiful sunset daily. Location was near plenty of restaurants. We got around the island on mopeds which was a game changer to see so much of Ko Yao Noi. I would definitely stay at Siriporn again if I return to Ko Yao Noi. Siriporn thank you for having us stay.

This accommodation is the purest paradise. We enjoyed the stay in the super clean and beautiful house with the incredible view of the bay. We could even watch monkeys and hornbills from the wonderful terrace. Simply great 😍

The place is nice and different from other houses. The only problem is that not all the room have AC (but they do have fans) and that you need motorbikes or tuktuks (which are not cheap) to move around.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very nice, modern and clean. The host greeted us in front of the house and showed us in. Also organized a taxi for us and we could rent a scooter directly with her. Would definitely stay again 😎

The place is very basic but beautiful; no hot water in the washroom but i dont mind. For the price it’s a great deal - small private bungalow and very close to the pier and market.

Perfectly located bungalow few meters away from the beach. Owners are very helpful and kind. They have laundry service for 80 Baht/kg and rent Bikes for 250 Baht/Day. Bungalow has all the necessery equipment, although nothing too fancy. Definitely worth the money. Only downsides: Bed was to hard for us. It is a wooden bungalow so no soundproofing and it can be quite noisy sometimes (our bungalow was directly behind the laundry/washing machines so we could often hear then running in the morning).

Remote seaside retreat with beautiful view and access to good restaurants and night market. Excellent hosts. Fully stocked apartment with everything we could ask for and more. Definitely recommend for a quick weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s house! The location is perfect if you’re looking for a serene getaway while still being close to great food and the beach. The house is strategically situated near some fantastic Thai restaurants, including beachside spots with great music and ambiance. The house itself is well-equipped with all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. Another bonus is that within the same condo, there’s a tour and travel agency run by Mr. Thomas, who I highly recommend for scooter rentals, taxis, and boat tours—he made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Krabi. Would definitely return!

I have stayed here for 1 month and enjoyed the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was big and clean. However, it is quite calm and there is not very much todo.

The best place we’ve stayed in all of Thailand. 4 friends stayed here over Christmas as we wanted somewhere quiet where we could spend the time together. The pool area is amazing and just as in pictures. The apartment is perfectly described and no surprises which is rare in Thailand. If we could have stayed longer we would have. The area is really lovely and has a beautiful beach and very tasty restaurant outside and also nearby with a 7-10 min walk and shops!

I had a great stay. The view from the windows on the jungle mountains was wonderful. The host was responsive, and the location was convenient. Overall, a very positive experience.
