Tea’s place is an absolute gem. It’s beachfront, just steps away from the plane landing spot and pier. I witnessed the most breathtaking sunset of my life from the beach right in front of the BnB. We enjoyed a wonderful time by the pool with drinks in hand. The entire space is incredibly spacious and equipped with all the amenities, with a special mention to the balcony. Overall, we had an amazing time. Highly recommended.

Very accepted staff. Nona solved all our questions incredibly quickly and gave us many tips about various excursions. There is hot water, there is a working table, a beautiful view from the window. Probably not the best internet, but I think that won't be a problem for most people. Thanks again Non for everything. We recommend everyone to stay at least a few days.

Great location to relaxed. Walk to the beach in 30 seconds. Cozy restaurant attached with great choice of healthy diner & nice breakfast. Friendly staff as well.

Great place. Our room was spacious with a big balcony and views of the garden with a glimpse of the sea and the sunset. A very tastefully furnished room and a good value for money at the time I am writing this. I don't know if the price will change but it was very reasonable when we were there. It is very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. We highly recommend this place.

It was a nice house, but it's alittle bit far from Batumi center, It's great for families. There are many families that you can contacts with them. There is bus from house to Batumi, we paid about 2$ for taxi each time. Ramaz is a good guy. We have a good conversations with him )

It was a great place to stay and the amenities, location (you set your foot right on the beach, getting out of apartments complex) were awesome. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, and even bathroom has a window. So you have a 180 degrees view on a beach from both sides, with some great views (sunset especially). Can't say anything about the WiFi - I've been using my own hot spot. Couple of downsides - (not apartment related)- groceries around have a very limited food variety, so I'd recommend taking a cab and stock up in Batumi. Taxis are cheap, so its def worth it. Second - power outages are still a thing in Georgia, so make sure you have a power bank charged just in case you work remotely (which I did) and need to stay online. All in all - Nazi is a great host, always keeping in touch and responding quickly if you need anything. it was a pleasure two spend two wonderful weeks in Gonio.

The stay at Emans place is fantastic, he is very easy to talk to and responsive if you need help with anything. The internet speed is very good, good and stable enough to work. The big 4K tv perfectly placed in front of the couch is also perfect! The kitchen comes with everything you need, with an integrated fridge, nice and modern kitchen cabinets. The bathroom is also really nice and spacious with a very modern design and heated floors. I had a great time staying at Emans place. I very much recommend booking this place!

We moved here from Sarpi and were very happy with this choice! The place is beautiful! We had 2 balconies in the room on different sides, and the views from them are amazing. The room is clean and fresh, air conditioning saves from the heat. Downstairs, right under the windows, is a lovely restaurant. But it plays loud music until night. We loved it, but it can get in the way if you go to bed early. You can walk 10-15 minutes to the sea from the mountain. Accordingly, then upstairs :) We were not embarrassed, the road is picturesque, although not the cleanest - cows walk and sometimes leave traces of their stay behind) Overall, I really liked the place!

Thank you very much Birdo and Leah for your hospitality! The best hotel on the waterfront. We drove for a week, stayed for 3☺️Very quiet, tranquil family hotel with a large and clean swimming pool. Regular housekeeping and linen change change. There is a common kitchen. The location is ideal, not far from the center with all the entertainment. 3 minutes to the sea! Hosts are always around, and they'll help. The hotel has large territory, chic gazebos where we spent evenings, barbecue area. I am sure we will come back more than once!

Great accommodation very close to the beach with the black magnetic sand. Supermarket and small delicious restaurant within walking distance. Nice friendly hosts. Water and other refreshments in the house. Tea and coffee available. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night. Nevertheless, everything was very nice, can be recommended without reservation! We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Giorgi’s apartment in Orbi City, Batumi. The apartment was clean, comfortable and ideal for 2 adults and a child. Giorgi personally came to greet us, which made us feel very welcome and selfcheck in also easy. The location is fantastic—vibrant both day and night—and offers a beautiful view of the sea and beach. Giorgi was very responsive and promptly addressed all our queries. As a Platinum member of IHG and Radisson hotels, I usually stay in premium hotels, but this time I decided to try Airbnb—and I must say, Giorgi’s Orbi City apartment was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

This is not my first time and it's definitely not the last time I've stayed here. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, who are always there and happy to help anytime. The room is clean and spacious with all amenities. The room has high-speed WIFI ,kettle and 2 mug tray. There is always an iron and a nice hair dryer in the hallway in the hallway. There is a refrigerator both in the room and in the kitchen . In addition , for a fee it is possible to order a delicious breakfast ! And have breakfast on your beautiful balcony with beautiful views and pleasant sounds of nature. In the backyard it is very cozy and pleasant to relax to the sounds of a sparkling creek where you can have a barbecue ( fry food on the grill , or ask to cook for additional payment ) is very tasty , I recommend to all! Convenient location of the apartment , 3-5 minutes to a clean beach and a quiet and clean beach . In a walking distance of everything you need - a pharmacy, bazaars with fresh fruits and vegetables, shops , fresh pastries and a restaurant where delicious Georgian food is available
